Integrated Residential Construction

We are very grateful for having met and highly recommend Gregory Kuschel, owner of Integrated Residential Construction. We were in the process of finishing an attic with little success and much frustration. After receiving several quotes and consultations with contractors, we selected Greg. He was very professional, efficient and coordinated with all the subcontractors. Once the attic project was completed in a timely manner, the project came in under the estimated construction proposal. Greg organized the ordering of materials, scheduling the insulation, framing, drywall, and hardwood flooring. He was always considerate of coordinating work with our schedule with advance notice. His crew was neat and respectful of our home. After the completion of the attic project, we hired Greg to replace a French door in our basement and an outside door in our garage. Both door replacements required wood rot repair. We had a positive, professional experience and plan to hire Integrated Residential Construction again. Greg prides himself on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Greg remodeled the bathroom by taking the bathtub out and converted to a shower area. He also did the exterior painting and did other repairs for the house. The job was done meticulously and he would explain what he planned to do before the job started. The quality of work is excellent and I highly recommend this company.

Greg did a wonderful job on rebuilding my old screen porch! It looked fantastic afterwards. Good work, good people working with him, finished quickly, and a nice guy. And, good cost! (I think it was around March 2023.) Thanks Greg!

We did a gut renovation on an investment unit with Greg in 2022. He made the entire process painless and efficient.
