From beginning to end, working with Patrick and the entire J.E.P. Contracting team has been excellent. Upon meeting with Patrick for the first time, we immediately knew that he was someone that we could trust with our home. It was apparent that he was incredibly knowledgeable about home renovation and design. He took so much time during that initial meeting, answering all of our questions and following up with us in a very timely manner. We had a vision of what we needed for our family when we began our major home renovation. Patrick understood our requirements and helped us design our perfect layout. Through multiple meetings, onsite and from his design studio office here in Millbury, he took us step by step through the process. Once we finished the design phase, Patrick put together a build schedule which allowed us to plan our own personal schedules. This was very important for us, and Patrick and his team did a great job at maintaining this schedule. Communication was one of the most impressive aspects of our overall experience with J.E.P. Contracting. We have had bad luck in the past working with other folks in the construction industry in terms of communication and trust. Patrick was always in communication and kept us up to date of any issues, changes to the schedule, or upcoming events that we needed to be aware of. While it is inevitable that unexpected things will happen, what’s important is to quickly connect with the homeowner in order to advise us and come up with any new potential plans. Patrick and his team were always in touch and easily accessible, and we felt assured that our home was in excellent hands. Handing over our home to someone for our major house renovation was scary. Working with Patrick we quickly felt comfortable and we knew that we had partnered up with the right company. Our home is now perfect thanks to Patrick and his team. It has the functionality that we needed, and the beauty that we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with the results. If you are looking for an honest, patient, skilled contractor with excellent communication skills there really is no one better than Patrick. We highly recommend J.E.P. Very happy with the work Patrick and his crew did for our basement remodel. Also was very forthcoming about pricing. He contacted me every step of the way when there an issue arose. He was quick to implement ideas for work arounds when needed. His staff (office and on-site) were very professional and courteous. I would be happy to have them on any future projects.

Do not hire this company. Patrick created multiple delays on our project with excuses. Will overcharge you. Not trustworthy. We regret hiring Patrick to build our custom home.

If only I could turn back the hands of time. I have been struggling with a remodel project & then I chanced on JEP (Patrick). He was so genuine & transparent with me. I initially thought his budget was a bit high for me but now looking back, I give him all the credit. I decided to breakdown the job & find different contractors such as electrician, Tyler, painter etc etc. And now I have gone over the budget he initially gave me. I should have heeded to my mom's advice after she met Patrick & gave me her honest opinion. You are more than an awesome company. I hope to cross path with this company again. No reservations. We hired J.E.P. twice - one to remodel most of our home (literally) and secondly to build an in-law apartment for my ailing father. Both times, they were prompt, courteous, on-budget and professional. I would hire them again without reservation. I have also called Patrick for advice even when he wasn't specifically working on a project for us (we put in an in-ground pool).

I have worked with Patrick Perkins for many years. What sets him apart from others that I've worked with is his detailed relationship with his customers. He uses the cloud which makes the project easy for the clients and sub contractors to follow and understand where things are at. He is very detail oriented about his projects. I haven't met any clients that didn't have great things to say about their experiences with JEP Contracting. I Myself am proud to say that my company is fortunate to have a working relationship with them!

Our experience with J.E.P. Contracting was outstanding. I had the utmost confidence in Justin's management of our entire project and Patrick provided excellent guidance and advice when we most needed it. We bought a house built in 1901 and hired JEP to gut and build a new kitchen while adding a small addition that was formally a porch. Being an old house they ended up having to replace the floor joists & pretty much everything to make it proper. What an amazing job! It wasn't our point to make our guests jealous, but it happens quite often. They come in & draw out a quick blueprint draft of possible ideas to start from & from there they do elbarate design work to show you. They work on a strict time schedule and have a specialist in every field that are more than qualified for any job. I never do the online review thing, but this is worth it.
