My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are in the process of designing a home with Jane Kerwin. Her impeccable eye for design and her truly genuine concern for our happiness has been so refreshing. Her experience has helped to guide us make some challenging decisions. I would recommend Jane Kerwin to anyone looking to build or remodel a home.

I began my relationship with Jane Kerwin Homes we we built our first house in 2003. I love all the amenities of our house. Now that we have been in our home for 10 years and it still looks close to the day we moved in, even after bringing three new lives into the home. I enjoyed the process so much that I began working for Jane Kerwin as the expeditor. I have been in the position for the past four years and continue to learn from Jane. I would highly recommend the selection of Kerwin homes as your builder.

Our building experience with Jane Kerwin Homes was wonderful. We came to the table with our wish list, a challenging lot to build upon, a timeline and a budget. We desired a home with detailed character, upgraded amenities and rooms that would capture the light and the best views. Jane took note of all this and then worked with us to create a plan and the vision. In the process, Jane kept aware of our budget and offered options allowing us to fulfill our vision and stay within the financial plan. Jane’s finished work and accomplishments reflect her experience in building custom homes. If you are building a new home I recommend reviewing her portfolio, talk to her references and schedule a meeting... You will be happy.

We enjoyed all aspects of building our home with Jane Kerwin. As a first time home builder, we were guided step by step by Jane personally and felt our specific goals were always payed close attention to. The overall attention to detail was always impressive. Our new home felt like it had the character and appeal of homes from the past. A main concern was being able to stay within our budget and financially Jane made sure we were able to do that. Looking forward to the future opportunity to build another home with Jane Kerwin Homes!
