They came out I a timely manner and put a protective tarp on my roof after a storm. They charged me for that tarp obviously. A few days later, another wind tore the tarp up and they came back out to re-nail it down and charged me a second time. I was not happy paying a second time for the tyvek tarp and let them know that I feel it was over charged. They reviewed my situation, and reimbursed me for the return visit charge. Matt and crew did an awsome fabulous job on roof on April 17th 2026. The first truck arrived 7:15am. They informed that there will be more guys coming to work on the roof. Everyone worked very professional and polite together. I would highly recommend J. B West ROOFING especially Matt and Crew to anyone needing a roof.

They put Hardie siding on my house, I’m very pleased with it. Dean was my salesman , he was very knowledgeable and easy to wrk with. The job was done in the worst part of the winter so they had to come back and finish clean-up after the snow melted. I would definitely recommend them and when I have another project I will call them

Our salesperson thoroughly explained all aspects of how JB West installs roofs, along with offering a percentage discount for cash payment, which we were happy to provide and receive. Our roof was completed, and "so far so good." A clerical billing error was made, and I had to call a few times to request a correction, but it was satisfactorily resolved. When first reaching out to JB West for a roofing and chimney repair estimate, I was asked by the receptionist if ours was an insurance job. Insurance is tricky, as we had been denied twice recently by USAA after other roofers said they noticed hail damage. This time, I didn't want to bother even asking if any was noticed, but none was indicated by our estimator upon inspection. My next-door neighbor got a quote a few weeks later (no subsequent hail) from JB West where they indicated hail damage was present on their roof along with their two other family members' homes in our same neighborhood. I was later told by one of the crew members, "A meteor has to hit a roof insured by USAA." My neighbors use a local insurance company called, "Westfield." The crew member said my neighbors' insurers are far less stringent, so it was approved. Guess I need to switch insurance companies.

It is true the navigating an insurance claim can be tricky, but we do have an seasoned team that is capable of walking homeowners through the process if that is the direction they'd like to go. Of course, some people prefer to just pay out of pocket and avoid the hassle. We can do that, too!

They did a great job on our roof and gutters. Very professional and knowledgeable. On time and cleaned up all the debris. Kept me informed on the progress of the work. And checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the final work. I would recommend them to family and friends. If I need any future work I will use them again.

They were on time and finished the project as indicated in the contract, 2 days. Their clean up was excellent, I only found one nail in the yard.

Great experience with J&B West. They offered a free inspection and worked with my insurance directly to get my entire roof cost covered, less the deductible, after a hail storm. The old roof was removed and new one installed within one day. I am so happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish. Alex was so helpful with the insurance company in getting all of my siding approved. Cody, Virgilio, Chris, and the crew did an excellent job from the siding to the shingle replacement on my roof. I feel like I have a brand new house!
