Jermain Built Construction

From our experience, Jermain Built Construction is a quality firm. We remodeled our family room by changing a hearth fireplace to a floor-to-ceiling stone faced fireplace with custom cabinetry on each side of the fireplace. A new fireplace unit was installed at the floor level, requiring the gas line to be moved, framing from floor to ceiling, electrical to be moved, custom cabinetry and true veneer stone facing. The project was professionally completed on-time and as budgeted. All of their staff were competent, neat and a pleasure to work with. Overall, this was the best experience we have had in working with a contractor. We would highly recommend this firm.

We hired Travis and the Jermain Built Construction team to do many last minute jobs when we were selling our last house. The turn around was so fast that we finished in 3 days what I thought was going to take a few weeks. The price is very good for the impeccable quality you get. We loved them so much we have done many projects at our new house. Travis tracked down the tile that was practically unavailable (10 year old source). We did crown moulding, redesign and tiling of a fireplace, fencing, and so much more. His team is so much fun, great people that really care about what they are doing and making us happy. They take the time to understand your vision and deliver much more than we could have asked for. It is really hard to find consistent contractors with all the skills necessary to get the job done. The next house I move to will hopefully be one built by Jermain Built Construction.

Jermain Built Construction,The project consisted of 2 full bathrooms, a hallway and many other detail items. They provided an excellent finished work-product. Everyone was professional, thorough, responsive, fast and fair pricing.

This was the third project that I have had Jermain Built handle for us and I could not be happier. Not only do they do excellent work and work well together as a team ... I particularly appreciate the extra design suggestions that Travis provided along the way to be sure the project came out as we wanted. His entire crew is very curious and professional. They have completed a variety of projects for me ranging from an beautiful outdoor room we call the "dugout" ... a small addition ... and a bit of a renewal of our home ... paint to termite repair. I am careful when recommending people but have no reservation at all recommending Jermain Built .. they are awesome!

We had a residence in Hayward that was on the market and needed some repair work as well as some improvements, prior to going on the market. We contacted a couple of companies one of which was Jermain Built Construction. Nicole, the office manager/estimator was very efficient and helpful in getting quickly to the property and was able to see what needed to be done and how. Their pricing was very reasonable. We used their company and the workers were polite and talented doing a job that pleased my husband by doing everything as needed right - husband is retired from the building industry so pleasing him was a biggie! Would definitely recommend the company - work done in a timely manner and all concerned professional and also left property in a clean condition.

I talked with several contractors and checked out their history, background, and past customers. Jermain surpassed my requirements. They are honest, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable about our planned projects. Although we have not started the project yet..total gut job involving almost the entire front of the house...they will be the one pulling down the walls and creating my dream kitchen/dining/breakfast/walk in pantry area.
