Josh and his team are easy to work with and reliable! We hired them to build our ADU (detached back house) in 2022. His right hand man Manny and his entire team were able to smoothly and successfully complete our project within 4 months. Loved working with Josh and his team at Innovative Builders. They did a complete tear down of our existing house and rebuilt the entire thing. The team at Innovative Builders were great to work with. From our initial contact, through the discussion of the project details and the actual on site work, they were easy to talk to. It was a great feeling to know that we were all on the same page. The crew came on time each day and cleaned up at the end of their day. They completed our project in a timely manner even with a few delays caused by our schedule not theirs. They put shiplap around our fireplace and installed a reclaimed barn beam mantel along with reclaimed wood shelves on each side of the fireplace. It looks amazing. Another part of our project was the installation of decorative wood beams in our hallway. They built the beams on site and matched the wood to our wood floor which was exactly what we wanted. I will definitely use them again in the future and refer them to my friends and family.

I really enjoyed working with Josh and his team, they are extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. The quality of work on my 1918 historical craftsman bungalow exceeded my expectations - they really listened to my needs and wants and made it happen. Joshua @ Innovative partnered with us for the remodel of our master bath and kitchen. We were super happy with the craftsmanship of his (and his team's) work and the value we got with what we paid for. All of our invoice rates matched our estimated rates, with the few exceptions of when we requested an upgrade or found something requiring repair that wasn't discovered in the estimate. Innovative Builders did a lot of work for us around our house including new siding, electrical, hung all new exterior and interior doors, new ceiling fans, cabinet repairs and rain gutters. He communicated with me through the whole process and always answered my calls in a timely manner. His work is superior and his crew always cleaned up properly. I highly recommend!

I hired Innovative Builders to help with a remodel. We took out support posts and added large sliding glass doors, new flooring, powder bathroom, plumbing and gas were relocated, moved fireplace added new double sided fireplace. The thing I really liked and appreciated is that Josh was very flexible. I would make last minute changes and he would accommodate my requests. Other contractors would have told me it's too late. He also has a great eye for design and making things look good. He made things run smoothly.
