I cannot express how happy I am that I used JVR Contracting for the new window construction in my home. Rob was very responsive as we discussed the project, and his team was punctual each day - no more sitting around waiting for a contractor to show up! Their work was of the highest quality, and the price was very fair. I have been remodeling my home throughout the summer, and only wish I had gotten the referral to JVR Contracting sooner! Highly recommend !

JVR, Contracting, made several repairs to our home. They refinished our pool decking, replaced weather stripping on our garage doors. Their team repaired drywall, painted portions interior and out including iron fencing. Rob knew the correct people to call in for two mysterious window leaks. They solved the problem immediately and the nessary repairs were made. One was roof related and the other, a window was replaced. ( We had hired two different roofing company's with out solving the problem ourselves). Rob and Crissy are very professional , return your calls, they give an accurate estimate, their team arrives as scheduled and they know the right subs to call when needed. We were extremely pleased with their employees and their work.

Rob and his team were great to work with. Rob had a lot of wonderful ideas when it came to our remodel, many of which we incorporated into our design. He was incredibly resourceful, and I felt like he genuinly cared about not only the work itself but our experience throughout the entire process. They were all very friendly to our family, especially our kids, which was very important as his team worked long hours including weekends to complete our project within the timeframe established. They finished ahead of schedule and the work is gorgeous. I couldn't recommend him and his team more.

Rob/JVR designed and built a casita and remodeled our outdoor living space. We loved working with Rob! He is very aware of the latest design trends and products. I have used JVR quite a few times and they have always done a great job. We have used them for clubhouse remodels as well as many other community related projects.

We hired JVR Contracting to remodel our guest bathroom. I was tremendously impressed with the work that they did from beginning to end. Prior to beginning the work my wife and I met with Rob several times. He went through all of the options for remodeling the bathroom. He had some really great ideas and we dramatically changed our plan based on his input and some additional research that we conducted after speaking with him. The remodel itself was completed in a timely manner. The JVR staff were exceptionally curtious and flexible to work with. Every step of the process was explained to us in the detail that we requested. The staff also cleaned up all of the work areas. The work was completed on time and under budget. I was very pleased with the work that they did. We plan on remodeling two other bathrooms and having the kitchen countertops replaced and I will not hesitate to use JVR contracting in the near future. Awesome!
