Kaludia builders built my new deck and stairs and I couldn’t be happier with the end results or the process. George is an excellent communicator and kept me well informed throughout everything. My house is over 135 years old and every project comes with a few surprises. George and his team were able to adapt to additional repairs that were not in the original scope of the project and completed everything with quality work.

George was awesome when it came to replacing our Burlingame Lions Club doors! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing general contracting or general house work. His price was fair, his communication was on point, and he not only helped us replace doors, but also remediated some old / deteriorating planks. He was there along the whole way advising us on what made feasible sense for our ideas and we appreciate it! Thank you again George for getting this job done quickly and exactly how we had asked!

•We hired Kaludia Builders for 3 Projects at our house oComplete demo and remodeling of master bathroom and guest bathroom oRebuild the back patio deck for safety and privacy oBuild new hillside desk in uphill back yard with valley view •Kaludia Builders maintained consistent strong communication with frequent on-site reviews of progress and any issues that arose. •Work quality was excellent throughout projects •The team exhibited great timeliness and work ethics: Kaludia’s dedicated team showed up daily on-time, worked a complete day and maintained a clean work site •The project budgets were adhered to and completed in agreed upon timeframes •Problem Solving - Creative solution: -Utilized existing vent access to add new fan for the master bathroom remodel to avoid having to cut a new hole in the roof -Shifted heat vent from floor to side cabinet venting to permit the floor to be completely tiled •Kaludia Builders was very professional and was willing to work extensively with us to achieve desired results and quality •Strong communication and on-site reviews of project progress •We are pleased with our results and would use Kaludia Builders again
