Brett and his subcontractor team are truly professional. We've worked on several mid-to-large scale remodel projects in the Austin area, and his attention to detail, project management and budget management were exceptional. As will happen on any remodel project, unforeseen complications, vendor challenges, etc. were always met with open communication and collaborative best solutions. He makes sure the lead designer & client are informed and all issues are handled with as little impact to the client/home as possible. As a designer, for a contractor not to tell you "NO" on a crazy idea -- just another reason we love working with KAS Construction!
