I recently hired KDT Construction to remodel my home after my prior contractor was virtually incommunicado and two months late from even starting. I could not be happier with the results from KDT. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. They listened carefully to my ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered exactly what I envisioned—on time and within budget. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly stand out. Kent and his crew are exceptional! From start to finish, communication was easy, thorough, and timely. Any questions were answered within hours. Timelines were kept to and schedules were easy to coordinate. There were no surprises, except that the work ended up being even better than hoped for. Details of timing and getting work done were seamless, and there was literally no "wasted time". Kent is just lovely as a contractor and as a person. Even after the project was finished he was very willing to come back to explain how something should work and to answer concerns we had. When friends ask what we would have done with the project, I tell them NOTHING. I can't wait to work with Kent again.

We have used KDT to refurbish 4 bathrooms in our house. We are thrilled with the results. Kent and his team are easy to work with, flexible, and do great work. Refurbs always have some hidden surprises but everything was handled to our satisfaction. I plan to use them again on my next project.

KDT Construction has been working on our house since 2012. He has done 2 bathroom remodels, kitchen, work on the 1 and 2nd floors(trim, doors, new flooring), a complete exterior remodel(featured in Denver's 5280 Home Magazine), and added basement living(including a bedroom and bathroom). Kent has always offered great knowledge and insight on every project he has done for us. He is very professional and does a great job staying on budget. He is the only guy we trust to work on our house!

We have worked with Kent over the years on various house projects. The largest included a complete remodel of our lower level after it was flooded in the fall of 2013, and our more recent sunroom addition and remodel of the main level of our home, including kitchen and 2 baths, in 2016. We find Kent and his crew easy to work with, very dependable, and attentive to our needs, and the needs of each project. He has knowledgable suggestions, and is a real pro when it comes to project solutions. He and his crew all show attention to detail resulting in a high quality and professionally finished product. We have no hesitation to (and will!) call on Kent again for our home project needs.

We have hired KDT Construction to do a wide variety of home projects (wrap around deck, replacement of all windows, replacement of doors/entry way) over the past several years. All of their work has been detail oriented, completed on time, completed on budget with excellent workmanship...very happy with the results! For any home project or remodel, KDT will be our choice!
