When it came time to choosing a builder, our decision was easy. From site plans to final fixtures, the process of home building was easy and seamless. There was a constant line of communication between Scott, my husband and myself. I am not sure Scott has ever had a client like myself. Someone who called him 4-5 times a day, yet he answered every call and every question. We also had the unfortunate luck of building during the worst winter Toledo has ever seen. We broke ground on October 10th, 2013 and after four level 3 snow emergencies and 85 inches of snow, we still moved in 5 months later on March 14th, 2014. If and when we ever chose to build again, Scott will be our first call. Thank you for our dream home!
