We just finished an extensive project with Kingdom - by far they are one of the most professional and efficient teams we have ever worked with. They were super organized, great to work with and had excellent trades that resulted in a top notch end product. We would recommend them to others in a heartbeat!

Our first experience with Kingdom Builders was for a total renovation of our kitchen and main bathroom in 2008/2009. Their team, including various trades, were professional, time sensitive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everyone worked as a team - good management and work quality from the beginning to the end of the project and cleanups in between. We have called on Kingdom Builders 3 times since the major renovation for further exterior and interior renovations. Deadlines are made and more importantly the budgets do not expand out of control. We know we are dealing with a professional, trustworthy company and are completely satisfied with the management of each reno project they have undertaken for us in the last couple of years.

We hired Kingdom Builders to complete our major home renovation in 2014 and are extremely pleased with our "new" home. Paul Lilley, the owner, was recommended by friends. We were impressed with his organization, timely communication, project management and trouble shooting skills. Paul set and adhered to a realistic budget and schedule. Paul and his team are highly professional, detail oriented and worked collaboratively with our design team to produce a very high quality result. Paul and Scott were very easy to work with and responsive including in providing post construction service. We'd definitely work with Kingdom Builders again!

Following a terrible renovation four years earlier we were recommended by a friend to use Kingdom Builders to rectify the issues and to do further work on our home. We followed the recommendation, contracted with Kingdom Builders for the renovations, moved from our home for two months and are entirely satisfied with the results. We met and were impressed by Paul Lilley, the owner of the company, who was open and willing to advise throughout the process. The planning was detailed and understandable and the scheduling was precise and current. The individuals involved in the project were professional and presentable, the sub-trades personnel seemed to take great pride in their work and were considerate of our home. Much to our relief, the project was complete ahead of time and under budget. The few items which needed follow-up attention have been addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Kingdom Builders were highly professional in completing our technically challenging exterior reno. Paul was particularly diligent in finding effective, yet budget friendly solutions to the unpredictable design issues that can arise in any such undertaking. The high level of communication throughout the project was very reassuring and ensured a unified view of the desired outcome. Perhaps most telling is the fact that there continues to be follow-up contact well after completion of the work just to confirm that all is well - truly the sign of a contracting firm that takes pride in its work. My wife and I were planning a renovation (our house was originally built in 1926) for late 2007 to be completed in early 2008. We had the names of 5 contractors (2 being friends and one who had done an earlier addition to our house) that we were going to interview. We were at a party at friends who had just competed their renovation three weeks earlier. Noting the superior work on their renovation and having an extensive discussion with our friends we found out that the contractor was Kingdom Builders from North Vancouver. We put KB on our list and interviewed them soon thereafter. We chose them on the spot. Paul Lilly came to the meeting and made a professional presentation with Gantt charts of projects he had/was working on. Our friends recommendation was sufficient to top off our decision. We agreed soon thereafter to timeframes and financial terms. Our project started in Nov 2007. Naturally we were aware of some of the less than favourable renovation stories. However from the start thru the finish in March 2008 our project (all three floors were renovated in some way with the main floor completely redone/as well as our outside decking) went without any (ANY) problems. Paul's team were always on time. No delays in the sub-trades. In and out on time. And Paul and his master carpenters were always suggesting amending aspects of the reno that proved to be very beneficial. The project was finished on time and on budget (except for additional aspects that my wife and I added tot he project as it proceeded). We have now had the benefit of living our renovated home for 7 years and have enjoyed every moment. As well we have received numerous complements from friends on the craftsmanship of the renovation. As you might expect we have recommended Paul and KB on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.

Kingdom Builders did a massive renovation for us on our house in North Van 3 years ago and they were excellent. There have been many times I've wished the builders of my newer, 2nd house (spoiled, I know) in Whistler took the same care and attention to details that Kingdom did. Paul Lilley and the staff of Kingdom have always been open, helpful, honest, responsive, and conscientious. They came in on budget and on time ~ which is the holy grail of any building project. When the renovation was finished, they enthusiastically encouraged my husband and I to spend a month or so just noting down any things that were bugging us, no matter how tiny. Then when we had our list they came in and blitzed it in a single afternoon. We've hired Kingdom for several projects since the initial renovation and continue to be thoroughly pleased with how consistent they are with the high quality of their work and service. Kingdom Builders is a great company to work with and I frequently recommend them.

In late 2013 we purchased a house that was in rough shape. In early 2014 we contracted Kingdom builders to tear down and build a modern three story house on a slightly larger than average Vancouver, BC lot. Right from the bidding process forward we were impressed with the professionalism and straightforwardness of Kingdom. The bid came back in a 25+ page binder explaining the expected costs, timelines, potential challenges, along with other suggestions for the project. This was not the case for the other two contractors we received bids from. The references we checked were all happy with Kingdom’s building expertise as well as after build follow through. During the construction phase we had weekly meetings with the GC and this kept the lines of communication open and allowed the minor bumps along the way to be quickly resolved. As in all projects there were issues that came up and Kingdom approached these in an open, honest, and pragmatic way. Our home was delivered to us on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Kingdom.
