Knutson Custom Construction LLC remodeled our home. They were involved with all phases, from close collaboration and back and forth with the architect, to regular contact and reporting on progress throughout construction. They frequently checked in with us on all major choices, provided input and suggestions that both expanded our options and often saved money, and came up with innovative solutions. They proved flexible, and rolled with unforeseen 'discoveries' that inevitably come up during the remodeling process. They understood our architectural vision, and worked with us to realize it. Finally, their level of craftsmanship and quality or work was very high, the subcontractors they selected were likewise of high caliber, bids and costs were transparent, they took the time to explain things in a respectful way, and the team was very honest, courteous, and trustworthy.
