KTEX Services is a business whose ownership is shared by family members and key employees. We can handle all your residential construction and remodeling needs from smaller renovations, kitchen, bathroom, garage and outdoor patio remodels to home additions and guest quarters, to complete major renovations and design-built new construction. Our team is comprised of recognized experts in project management, design , development and construction with an average of 30 years experience each and with a top management tier with over 100 years in combined experience. Derek Crossley, the company Chairman and CEO is a mechanical engineer and project manager who has worked internationally as well as in the US on some of the largest and most complex projects in energy and mixed use development. Operations Manager Lee Kay has over 30 years experience in project management and construction operations. Oher team members include an architect an inhouse designer and hands-on PMs and superintendents all of who strive to surpass client needs and expectations. We also have our own inhouse craftsmen for custom millwork, cabinets and doors as well as our crews for interior build outs, drywall, paint, concrete and stone work. We use only the most qualified licensed and tested subcontractors-people we have known for years for trades such as electrical and plumbing and always treat your project like it was our own residence to be.
