Whole house remodel in 2017 - 2018, projected to be a 12 week job is in week 22. Poor communication from the contractor from start to finish. Embarrassed that we hired him.

We moved from Illinois in 2013. Our real estate argent suggested we use KWR construction-Kirby Roffe, as our remodeling contractor. He had teams of professional sub-contractors remodeling our home within a week. The plan included hardwood floors, two totally revamped bathrooms, new doors and staircase railings, and an updated kitchen. He had relationships with well qualified vendors, that were helpful in all decisions and competitively priced. All the work was quality, done efficiently and completed timely. The contractor always kept us in the loop when we wanted input, but would always offer good suggestions. We give him five stars for excellence and would definitely choose him again.

KWR Construction is one of the best contractors in Denver. I hired them to add an entire second story to an existing ranch in the Wellshire/University Park area and could not be happier. The work is top quality, they arrive on time as stated, and they deliver as promised. I have been around the general contracting industry for my whole life and I would recommend KWR for any job size small or large. Additionally, they were easy to communicate with and understood my vision and were able to suggest things to enhance it even more. You cannot go wrong with Kirby and his experienced crew!
