We hired LLP Construction to do a remodel job on our existing home in Venice. We wanted to add a second story. Bryan and his crew did an amazing job! Bryan was always available to answer questions and make changes, as we did many times. He has a great eye and we could not be happier with the result. We had a lot of issues due to the architects negligence and Bryan helped us to reconcile the style we wanted and home we desired. I have to say our master bathroom is my favorite room I think I have ever been in. It is absolutely beautiful and everyone that sees it is jealous. I would highly recommend LLP Construction. They are hard working, honest guys that go above and beyond that do amazing work!

LLP Construction did a complete remodel of a small bathroom. They did an amazing job! Arrived on time everyday and left the work area spotless clean. The finished product exceeded our expectations and they were truly a pleasure to work with.

Bryan was very generous with his ideas and time. No doubt that he is a high quality contractor. We decided not to do the addition so did not end up hiring him.

LLP construction and Bryan Fisher are definitely my "go to" company for all home related issues whether it be urgent emergency problems or more fun, creative projects. Bryan brings a wealth of experience, ideas and referrals that can't be beat. I originally called Bryan after my home was burglarized. He immediately referred me to a security alarm company, who in turn promptly came out and installed an alarm system at the most reasonable cost I had been quoted. Once my insurance company approved the repairs to the damage done during the burglary, Bryan was able to quickly repair the damage done to my window and french doors. Since then Bryan has created a lovely lighting system for my living room which adds a warm ambiance to the room, in addition to highlighting art work and creating a better light to read by. The electrician he referred who did the job was easy to work with, efficient, neat and took care with covering the hard wood floors and furnishings to protect them from any dust created in installing the ceiling lights. Lastly, Bryan was instrumental in saving me thousands of dollars of unnecessary plumbing work by having someone he trusted look at the plumbing problem. His referrals took care of the problem for a reasonable expense. They were quick, careful, and clean. LLP Construction and Bryan are life savers! I'm looking forward to my next project with LLP Construction and working with Bryan. His knowledge, professionalism and creatively make working with him a joyful collaboration.

I initially hired LLP to help me redo my kitchen. I really enjoyed working with Bryan Fisher because he had interesting ideas, and great resources and contacts. He offered creative suggestions on ways to save money and cut energy costs; and for finding great products at reasonable prices. My kitchen came out gorgeous. The whole family loves to congregate there and hang out! We then used LLP to redo both our garage and home office. Bryan is a master at recapturing wasted spaces and rendering them useable. It's like having a whole new home! I would recommend LLP for all construction and remodeling needs. :)

We hired LLP Construction in early 2012 to handle a bundle of substantial repair and refurbishment projects on our home, including complete outside repainting (which was years overdue), selected interior painting, fireplace replacement, replacement of termite/water-damaged verandah door-frames, refinishing hardwood floors, complete replacement of gutters, spot repairs to roof, refinishing kitchen cabinets, replacement of shower pan combined with replacement of floor joists/posts, retiling shower, etc. LLP employed a range of their own workers and independent subcontractors, all of whom were painstaking in their work and produced high-quality results (I couldn't believe the amount of effort that went into prepping exterior paintwork before painting!). Daily cleanup by everyone was exemplary and workers were immediately responsive to comments and concerns. Most things were done right first time and those few areas where errors or oversights occurred where addressed promptly and completely without argument. On one Friday during the project our water heater failed and they had a replacement delivered then came and installed it the same day at a very fair price. initial work assessment and pricing was professional and fair and I had the feeling that Brian was consistently focused on controlling our costs and only doing wothwhile work (total cost was approx. $40,000). Project supervision was responsive and focused. We have built houses and done major extensions in the past -- typically a painful and frustrating process. We were very glad we hired LLP and would do so again.

LLP Construction was fantastic to work with. From the initial design/conceptual phase, to material research and recomendations, to the actual construction from start to finsh, LLP was professional, creative and most importanly the quality of their work was impeccable. They took the time to do the job right and didn't cut corners. We have recommended LLP to others in the past and everyone has wonderful things to say about them. I trust them fully and to top it off, they are kind, considerate people.
