Strung me along for a year and bailed on my $300000.00 project. He gave me a time line at the end he bailed out on me. Back to square one.

Writing this email in 2019, 6 years after our remodel, as I'm seeing some people having bad experiences in our neighborhood/area with unknown contractors. I can't say enough about these guys. 6 years later we are still happy with the quality and the design. Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot.

We hired Roger Lawrence and his crew to help us converting a walk-in closet into a full bath and also remodeled another guest bath. They did an outstanding job, on time, on budget even with a few minor problems during construction. We love the new bathroom addition plus the current bath is now beautiful!! Highly recommended Lawrence Construction for any small or large projects!

The latest remodel Lawrence Construction did for us was one of several jobs done so far. We did a complete redo of the master bathroom and bedroom, plus little cosmetic changes around the whole house. They are very professional, and they absolutely know what they're doing. Always, promptly on time, including all of the subcontractors. We are ecstatic about the job done. The first job they did for us, was a complete kitchen remodel, and that was equally done well... consistent, is a good description. We are very happy, and have a big handful of good friends, as well.

We are extremely pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work Lawrence Consruction did for us. We purchased our house in the Austin area and began the renovation while we still lived in Dallas. Sort of scary, but it was wonderful. Roger called every morning and kept me updated on progress and was readily available when I called him with questions. I expected difficulties with a long distance reno, but not the case. It was very easy and we didn't have to live in the house and experience all the noise, mess and inconveniences. Roger, Johnny and the whole Lawrence Construction team were awesome! From the beginning they sat down with us and brought in Architect David Manning to discover our needs and develop our ideas. (see pictures of our Travis County Remodel and Addition at David's Houzz site http://www.houzz.com/photos/14442272/Travis-County-Remodel-and-Addition-contemporary-austin) They worked with us to redesign our kitchen, add a media room, bathroom, domestic command center and an office as well as a new garage and loft. They did this all while we lived in the rest of the house. They kept on budget and schedule, were respective of our privacy and we were so happy with the outcome when they were done, we had them update the other half of the house. Their team was here everyday and they came regularly to review work and check in with us. They were very responsive to our needs while construction was happening. They helped refine and make practical our vision and converted our house from 80's Hill Country with a disjointed room configuration to a contemporary/modern with an open floor plan. They also engaged a specialist to re-plumb and resurface our pool. We love our "new" house and how everything turned out!

Rodger Lawrence and Co. created a wonderful big screen TV area over our fireplace. The area was indented from the wall so the TV is not seen from other angles. He helped buy and place the TV. Also, to add to the balance of TV and fireplace, he removed old title and replaced with granite that he had the shine removed. The TV and fireplace is a perfect balance. Rodger Lawrence is so responsive if I have a big project or a small project. He is diligent and so honest. I highly recommend Rodger for any size remodel or just "fix".

Lawrence Construction does an exceptional work, and is honest ,reliable and on schedule. You can't go wrong with Lawrence Construction. All the staff and sub contractors do high quality work. I recommend highly.

I recently moved from Dallas to Austin, and purchased a home in need of remodeling. I was also in a time crunch, and needed to be in this home as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough about the care Roger and his group gave to me. Roger and Boone guided me through the whole process - quickly obtained permits for the project, presented wonderful plans, enlisted the support of excellent sub-contractors, helped me stay within budget and gave me sound advice for my design and construction choices all along the way. It was pretty overwhelming for me moving to a new city, with a new job and then remodeling a house in the first 6 months of being in Austin. I must say that Roger and Boone and his group made this process so fun, completed it on deadline and I had the utmost confidence in heir work, support and guidance every step of the way. I love my home and am so grateful that Roger and Boone took such great care of me!

We have utilized Lawrence Construction on several occasions for remodel projects, most recently on a new home we purchased. Roger is great to work with and uses excellent sub contractors. We could not be more pleased with the results. All work was done in a timely manner and costs came in below original estimates. Highly recommend Lawrence.

Lawrence Construction has done three jobs for me: Bathroom re-dos, an extensive kitchen re-do and they build a really nice privacy fence for my outdoor shower. I had another builder bid on the kitchen, and he came in substantially higher in his bid. Their work is exceptional in every way, and their follow up details is exemplary. Roger and his team were very reliable, timely, and worked efficiently with minimal delay. They clearly laid out our options, and listened to our suggestions and needs. In the coming few years we want to build a guest house and a barn/out-building, and I will definitely use Lawrence Construction for those projects.

We used Lawrence Construction for a total kitchen remodel... new cabinets, new plumbing, new electrical, new island and granite as well as new appliances etc (after I get some professional pictures done, I will post them). I cannot begin to express my degree of complete satisfaction. It is a family-run business, and their experience really shows. From the design phase to completion, Roger and his project managers Boone (his nephew) and Austin were there every step of the way. Boone is a perfectionist who keeps their core group of contractors (most, if not all have been with them for many many years) on target. He has great attention to detail, and he treated our house as if it were his own. Hell, he treated our house as if it were The White House. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. They kept the house spotless during the construction, and they even worked around my busy schedule. They are super friendly and genuinely warm, and I truly feel like we have made new friends. In addition, of the 3 companies I interviewed, they were by far the closest to my project budget. We will not hesitate one single second to hire them for future projects (of which we have a few more already planned).
