Lb construction & remodeling

Used this company to help with a room addition in my home. I have nothing but good things to say, the quote was the lowest and most comprehensive of the area, work was completed in a professional and timely manner. No detail was overlooked, Eran the project manager was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Choosing LB to do my new home remodeling was the WORST decision I have ever made. When Ben first came to my new home and estimated the areas that we need to remodel, he seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. He also promised that his people are very professional too! Therefore we trusted him and decided to use LB to remodel my house. However, this was the beginning of the nightmare.. There were some unpleasant things that happened during the remodeling(e.g. LB workers used my new fridge and cooked in my kitchen. They bought a cheap primer for my kitchen cabinet painting but told me they used a high-grade primer and charged me double), but here I just want to describe the HORRIBLE work they did. To make things short, the dishwasher they installed was SO sloppy which caused flooding under my kitchen sink and damaged my cabinet!!! I tried so hard to forget about those bad things LB brought to me after the remodeling, because we finally moved into our new home. But I strongly believe that this is something that I must speak up! In my opinion, LB workers were not professionally trained in plumbing and electric, they know how to do it, but NOT do it well!! If you don't want the results like mine, choose other companies to remodel your house, NOT LB!!!!

This is our second project with LB Construction & Remodeling. LB previously enclosed our side porch and built a beautiful sunroom for us which we enjoy every day. It was a wonderful experience, so we returned for this project which was an extensive kitchen remodel +. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The project included our kitchen remodel, adding a banquette, laundry area remodel, repurposing our original kitchen cabinets to the garage and installing large bookshelves in our family room. With the kitchen remodel, LB removed an interior wall, moved doorways, and made a deep drop beam, which was weight bearing, flush to the ceiling. Additional and unexpected foundation work and ceiling/roof reinforcement work needed to be done which was not reflected in the original plans. LB solved the issues and dealt with the structural engineers and county for the changes and permitting and charged us a reasonable price for their additional work. David, Flavio and staff are problem solvers, always responsive with great communication, quality work & attention to detail. David provides an excellent product at a competitive price. This remodel is a game changer to our home and for our family. Our kitchen is now truly the heart of our home. We would whole heartedly recommend LB Construction & Remodeling for your home projects.

Eran, project manager, and his crew (Carlos and Walter) are amazing! They did a bathroom and kitchen remodel that are fantastic. We are extremely, extremely more than happy with their work. They kept to the schedule and actually finished early! The crew is very professional and kept the house clean as possible during the construction, extremely high quality of work and very detailed oriented. Eran is wonderful, not only as a project manager, but has a great design eye. We would bounce ideas off him for his expertise in remodeling design and knowledge with construction. We completely trust Eran and his crew. They made the remodeling process very easy. I would give 10 stars if that was an option! I would 100% recommend Eran and the LB Construction crew. I have another projects that I'll with with him on too.

We hired LB to replace kitchen and bathroom tiles and fixtures for our new house. They did a good job on the tiles -- that's what the 2 stars are for -- the rest was months long exercise in frustration. With the money they charge, one would expect a good quality service. Instead what we got was incompetence, poor workmanship, and excuses. 1) They don't do even the most basic checks to make sure that the job is done properly. The first day we moved in, I found out the main shower was not working. You only have to turn the tap on to see something was broken. Also, one of the shower fixture was rattling, even after we asked them to fix it multiple times. I don't really know what they qualify as 'job done'. 2) They're full of excuses. For the shower, they blamed faulty valves that in fact turned out to be their mistake - they installed the wrong valves in the wrong bathroom (which we had to figure out by reading documents). They also tried to blame faulty plumbing but we got a second opinion from a specialist and it turned out just fine. 3) They don't clean up after themselves. They leave the dirt, packaging, debris, marking on the wall, etc. so I had to clean it up. At the end we were so fed up we decided to conclude the contract even though there are still things that need to be fixed

I would highly recommend the LB Construction team to anyone looking to refresh or remodel their house. We hired hired them after interviewing several contractors and designers in Alameda.. Sent them my floor plan and blueprints and their design team came back after a week with a gorgeous furniture strategy and layout. The mid century design was amazing and the entire project took a few weeks to bring in the custom furniture, new tiles, and new kitchen cabinets. We love them and wouldn't have been able create dream the space up without Ben. Overall love the firm and the designs, thank you LB Construction and Remodeling!

Buying my first townhouse the first thing I needed to do before moving in was paint the complete place! We also wanted a total redo of our kitchen using basically same footprint. It's definitely a process and you have to know exactly what you want and how you want everything from the floors to backsplash layed out. However, I put my trust in Ryan and the rest of their team and my kitchen turned out fabulous. So we moved forward and listened to what preferences we did have. It needed lots of updating. I wanted an updated, more modern look for my kitchen and Ryan was able to provide not only that, but small details that enhanced the look of my space, such as molding on the side pantry and a big beautiful new hood. We almost went with prefab cabinets because we thought we would save some money but we are so glad we went with LB Construction and Remodeling as our kitchen turned out probably 100 times nicer than it would have if we had gone the prefab route. I would absolutely recommend him. In fact, my husband and I want him to come back next year to do another project for us!

LB Construction did a fantastic job on the entire downstairs of our home (1400 sq. feet). Ben came over immediately and we were able to find a design that worked out and looks amazing. The team helped me to completely redo my kitchen (custom cabinets, backsplash, island, etc.) and two bathrooms (marble countertops, new tiles, glass shower/bathtub doors, etc.). Ben also took care of all the electrical and plumbing aspects (dimmers in bathrooms are now a MUST!). The result is exceptional and we could not be more pleased. The exquisite tile especially work in the bathrooms. I would HIGHLY recomend LB Construction and Remodeling to anyone & everyone in need of a great contractor.

We recently completed a full renovation of our home. We were incredibly excited and overwhelmed with starting this new project. I felt compelled to write this review and let the world know how highly we regard Liran. From design phase to install Liran (owner) and the rest of the team were so thoughtful, patient, detail oriented, and focused. The end result was beyond our expectations and delivered on budget and on time. Simply put, the best contractors we have every worked with. Thank you Liran!

My wife needed a kitchen she could really strive in and the fixed upper we bought on a really tight budget was a nightmare! Lb Construction made our dreams come true from the ceiling too the floor! From the tile, counter tops and the cabinets we were able to choose what we wanted and make it our own. I are very fortunate to have Liran the owner work with our budget and keep us content at the same time!

My husband and I decide to renovate our home instead of buying a new one after an expensive wedding. We had a wall knocked down to expand our bathroom to include his and her sinks and a jacuzzi tub. We had a balcony and walk in closet added to the master bedroom. We had the entire kitchen completely redone with new floors, countertops and cabinets. We also added walls in our living room to create a “man cave” for my husband and his friends. Finally we had a wrap-around porch added as a finishing touch! I would definitely recommend this company, they were informed, efficient, and gave us everything we wanted while staying inside our budget!

I wanted someone qualified and someone I could trust. In May I found LB Construction & Remodeling. Instantly I had a hunch they were the right company after my initial conversation with Liran. He presented me with a variety of options and details to get an idea of what I wanted. He brought samples for me to choose from and assured me, he would make any changes I deemed necessary. His rates were fair as well! His crew wore branded t-shirts and worked extremely hard! They were so polite and professional and completely out of the way! They did such a terrific job turning my underwhelming bathrooms into a dream makeover! I couldn’t be happier! I’d recommend Liran and LB Construction and Remodeling to everyone!
