John and his team gave us the master bathroom of our dreams! He listened to our wishes/wants and fully understood our vision. We were provided with superb guidance, knowledge, and communication from start to finish. John always made sure coordinating the subtractors into the job was a priority to keep our job on schedule. His team was on time daily and made sure our home was prepped minimizing any dirt/dust from escaping the construction site or brought in/out when entering and exiting the house. At the end of each day, the protection materials were picked up and job site left clean. The cost of our job stayed within the agreed upon budget. This was our first experience working with a contractor on a renovation. Level Construction Services, Inc exceeded our expectations with their incredible professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail, honesty and integrity. We quickly realized we were in great hands and trusted they would create our bathroom exactly how we envisioned it. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

John and his team just did a hardwood floor cut, kitchen cabinet move, backsplash hanging, and granite counter top cut for us preparing for a new 60" Wolf range. John and his team really saved the day for us, fitting the work in at the last second when the range finally arrived and coordinating with several other subs to get all the work coordinated perfectly. They did great work, were completely accommodating, and were able to oversee with all aspects of the job. Despite being willing to fit us in as an urgent, last second job, his pricing was very reasonable relative to what it cost to just have the range delivered. Would happily use him and his diverse portfolio of quality contacts again!

Excellent work . Very professional . I had tile that needed to be replaced . John, the owner of the company worked quickly to get this project done. His employees were craftsman and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

John and his team transformed by outdated wood burning fireplace into a beautiful, modern gas insert so that I can use and enjoy my living room. John was extremely helpful with the design and material selection. His crew carefully completed the demo without damaging my hardwood floors. John Daly and Level Construction is what I call a "keeper". In other words, if I had to wait a long time for John and his crew to start a project, I would wait for them to be available and not hire another contractor. We previously had a downstairs remodel done about four years ago by John and could not believe the care that he and his crew took to do the actual work. They also worked around our family so that we were able to stay in the house while construction was being done. They were clearly interested in meeting all of our needs. The same goes for the most recent upstairs remodel project. The crew is truly amazing, artistic, meticulous and have a lot of pride about their work, . We are very, very happy about the now completely remodeled interior of our house. I can't recommend Level Construction enough, 5 STARS

Level Construction far exceeded our expectations of quality and craftsmanship. They installed wood floors on our stairs and through the second story to match the floors downstairs. The floor installers were true experts and did a thorough cleaning job at the end of each day. The quote was spot on from the final invoice which was great! John provided clear communication throughout the entire project and was always available if we had questions. We will be calling Level Construction for all future needs!

I highly recommend this business. We had some deferred maintenance resulting in water damage on the outside of our modular office. John came out to assess the issues and then offerred us a creative solution for repair saving our small non-profit significant money. Work was completed as scheduled (and as rain would permit), crew was very pleasant, worked hard and never left a mess behind. Due to this experience, we have hired Level Construction Services for other projects.

I work with a lot of contractors; John Daley and the Level Construction Services team are by far top of their league. John is a man of high integrity, he is personable, trustworthy and cares about his clients. I have worked on several (more than a dozen) projects with John over the past 5+ years, time and time again he has had a collaborative approach during the entire project, if clarification is needed or a better method is possible, John will bring that to the forefront. John Daley and the fellas from Level Construction built our 660 square foot stand-alone "bungalo" in our backyard. The project was about 7 months, factoring in a very wet December and January that set us back a couple of weeks. From the very start, John exuded a confidence and competence that I appreciated. My wife and I wanted somebody who could drive the project and let us sit back and make "style" and smaller decisions along the way. John's style worked well for us. Excellent communicator, very responsive to email and phone calls when necessary. I always felt that John had his finger on the pulse of the project and could always answer my questions. A project of this magnitude has speed bumps. Our complaints were primarily with a single sub-contractor who we believe was not "very good at all". We communicated this to John quite honestly and openly and he was receptive to the feedback. The project itself turned out wonderfully. We are thrilled with it. We waited to write this review until we had gone through a full set of seasons to make sure the place would perform in warm and cold. We are glad we did. 5 months after John's friendly and cheerful crew left our backyard, we had a problem with the HVAC system. Simply put, the heater didn't work at all. We called John and he had the HVAC contractor come out the next day to realize that it wasn't wired correctly. Considering it was 100+ when the unit was installed in August, it was an innocent mistake. More importantly, it was further proof that John stands behind his work and didn't try to position it as "pilot error" or somehow our fault. To make a long story short, John is a stand-up guy. He speaks his mind and you know where you stand. He is creative and experienced. His aforementioned crew are all great workers and pleasant to be around. The other big subs can be a crap shoot, but John kept them all cracking. The people that work directly for John are all top quality. I hope this helps you make a decision to use John for your project. I would again.

I can’t say enough nice things about Level Construction Services out of Livermore. But, as this review doesn't seem to have a word limit, I will try! While his specialty is remodeling, I have come to John the owner with a number of non-trivial interior and exterior construction jobs over the years and his responsiveness, honesty, and attention to detail has been without equal. John has always done an excellent job of accurately estimating his costs up front, has had competitive bids for the quality of work he does, and has always stuck to them unless I asked for additional alterations. The main things I have found valuable about John and his team are: John is responsive, with more work than workers these days I can’t tell you how hard it can be to get someone to even talk to me for atypical, more than “I need a basic bathroom remodeled” jobs. Not so with John, he has always gotten back promptly even if just to say he received my message and would be getting back to me later that day (which he always does). John appreciates his team can’t do all things and is happy to rely on his network of skilled craftsmen or to recommend someone else to you if he doesn’t have the resources to do the task right. He has called in other companies and fabricators on several occasions for me, is open about it, and typically is happy to let me chose how they are handled. John really cares about the impact of his work on your life. He listens first and is happy to adjust things along the way if you ask. His team does a great job of protecting your home while the work is being done and cleaning up once the work is complete. John and his team are honest. After working with them on a number of occasions, I have no problem giving them the keys to my home and letting them work in my absence. I have never had an issue and they are always respectful of our property and privacy. Finally John will take on jobs I have been unable to find someone else capable of doing. I have needed a range of things from copper bending a few years back, to this recent 500lb+ 6’ pyramid skylight installation job. For the prior copper work I looked over a year for a skilled enough sheet metal worker to put standing seams on a rolled copper dormer that was needed for a repair job. Everyone who looked at it (Angie’s List, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Google searches, etc. major roofing companies included) said they had no idea how to do it and that level of skill was largely lost these days. John was literally my savior and, while he did not do the work himself, he found a company that could, coordinated getting the work done, and his team installed the fabricated assembly once it was complete. Not an expensive job, but a lot of work and coordination on his part for the money he made doing it. Lastly, I realize everyone has their favorite contractor but can tell you over the years I have reached out to many of of them and none have surprised me as much with their professionalism and the quality of their work as John and his team. At least give him a call with your needs, based on my experience you will not be disappointed.

It started with a leak inside our wall from our shower valve. My wife an I knew we would have to rebuild the wall, shower and fix the floor. We actually had carpet in the master bathroom. We were ready for an all new master bathroom, so we went all out and called John in. We started out by picking out tile with him for our shower and floor. We chose large tiles for the shower, some accent glass tiles to run through the shower and tub area, and some cool rocks for the shower floor which feels great on the feet. We also chose some grey tiles for the flooring that look like hardwood - but grey. They're awesome. We also rebuilt our vanity and changed our all of our lighting. The re-construction of the wall and craftsmanship of the remodel was top notch. We could not ask for a better master bath. Thank you John and team.
