Recently licensed but not new to the Tahoe Truckee building community. Jesse Lightcap has been working locally as a carpenter for 18yrs. Before striking out on his own Jesse Lightcap was co-lead carpenter/ project manager for Morrison Custom LLC (2014-2019). Jesse completed five spec homes in five years, while working with Morrison Customs LLC. Jesse managed Subcontractors and performed high end finish work in any medium a client asked. Jesse mastered his knowledge of foundation, framing, and finish carpentry while working for Hawxhurst Construction (2002-2010). Throughout his career while working in the building industry Jesse would pick up project work for many other local contractors. He was a free agent helping get projects finished. Now he is a contractor He gets the job done.
