We have worked with John for the last five years with various projects and home repairs to our home in Steamboat Springs. The projects have ranged from bathroom remodels, installation of a/c, staining our deck and painting the exterior of our house. John has always been very responsive and treated my house like it was his own. Every job was started and finished in the time period we had agreed. We would highly recommend Logue Construction for any home projects.

They added a 200 sq ft addition to the exterior of our home, it included adding a bathroom to the existing portion. The project was done in a timely manner with very few set backs. John stayed on budget. He and his crew were always very respectful of our opinions and our property.

John is extremely thoughtful and easy to work with. He designed a grill area with seating for our outdoor deck, and made the very most of a small space. The work completed was very well done! We had contemplated a major reconstruction of our closets and master bath area, but decided against the project for the moment. His designs for this space, again limited in size for what we wanted, were forward thinking and clever. Additionally, John really listens to what the client is asking for, and his demeanor is very accommodating and professional.

The team is awesome. They came in on budget and on time. The provided great suggestions to do nice finishes and keep the cost down.
