Adam and the entire LTD team are consistently excellent in everything they do. LTD recently built a large expansion for my veterinary office, and have done some home repairs and improvements for us in the past. Adam always answers his phone immediately, and addresses any concerns right away. It was important for our business that the expansion was completed quickly and with minimal disruption to running our practice. I was very pleased with the timely and efficient construction, and was surprised at the lack of impact or interruption to the business. As a business owner, I rarely get to work with a company as accessible, consistent, and professional as LTD Contracting.

We hired LTD to enclose our back Lanai to add some extra room to the inside of our house and remodel our master bathroom. The enclosed space was about 350sq feet. We had to raise the floor 6in., remove a set of double sliders, a set of triple sliders, frame an exterior wall with a door and window, frame a new interior bedroom wall, cut out the block wall to add an egress window for the master bedroom, plus lay down matching tile to the rest of the house. The master bathroom was stripped down to the studs. We removed the tub and added a walk in shower, new vanity, and re-tiled the floor. Evin did most of the work and Sam did the scheduling and coordinating with the county and engineers. Both of them are awesome and are a pleasure to work with. Even when we had a few issues with materials not coming in on time, electrical contractors getting backed, and some details that needed changed up they were always working with me to find a solution.

We found our dream location for a condo in Punta Gorda. With the help of LTD Contracting we completely renovated the space to create the condo of our dreams. Evin and Sam were fantastic to work with. We were up north for most of the renovations and needed to rely on LTD Contracting for just about everything. We had complete confidence. Communications were often and continuous. Pictures were frequent. The quality of the work was amazing. All the workers were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend LTD Contracting.

The LTD team did everything they said they would, when they said they would. They built me a detached, 3 car garage and kept me informed every step of the way. They were professional and kept the job site clean every night. The final project was slightly above the original estimate, but the quality was way beyond what I was expecting. I will be hiring them again in about 6 months or so to do a kitchen remodel.

We recently had our home remodeled in 2 phases..our first project was our kitchen and family room. The second project was our master bedroom and bathroom along with our guest bathroom. LTD also gave us a contact to a designer, at my request, as I was certain that I knew what I liked,but not so sure I could “stay in a lane “ so to speak. We were going for a coastal relaxed look. We are so happy and amazed with the entire LTD and designer team..They made our house a home. LTD was wonderful to work with because they listened to our wants and with the designer developed a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They remained on budget and schedule, and they provided cost conscious alternatives for us to consider..This company is top notch..I would seriously consider LTD for your remodel. We are extremely pleased with our results.

LTD Contracting did a renovation on a rental property we own, which needed all new flooring, bathrooms, kitchen and paint. They did an excellent job getting everything within our budget and timeframe. We would highly recommend them.

These guys are excellent and I can't recommend them higher. I had 7 additional contractors working on the remodel project and I would never use any of them but LTD Contracting again. The guys showed up on time, stayed in touch by Phone or text within 24 hours usually within 1 hour. Cleaned up after themselves, stayed on budget and deadline. My property was in better condition every evening when they left then when they arrived. Made helpful suggestions to save money or to make the project better. Can't recommend them high enough.

This company did a complete renovation of my house....................top to bottom and everything in between. I now have a new house which I love and am proud of. I enjoyed getting to know these people and now consider them to be friends. I trust them completely. I could not give a stronger recommendation to those looking for a trustworthy company and beautiful outcome on their project.
