Marcial began his career as a painter, then moved into the building maintenance field, overseeing building maintenance for multiple properties. For the last six years, Marcial has lived oversees working for the U.S. Embassies in Chile, Venezuela, and Turkey. His experience in working with different customers and his knowledge of building management led him to start his own business.
