I had Sheldon at Manor Building Projects do various work around my house from the roof to installing a new waterline and laying paving stones in the driveway. I chose Sheldon over other contractors because he was the only one that pointed out issues on my house that other contractors didn't - issues that I had already known about. So right away I felt comfortable with his knowledge. Sheldon also pointed out items I thought would need repairs. But he showed that it either didn't require repairs or could wait another year. Sheldon and the Manor Building Projects Team were instrumental in the successful renovation of 4 child care programs at the Whistler Children's Centre. Sheldon worked closely with the Centre to ensure the project was done to meet our child care licensing standards and that work was completed around our operating hours. Sheldon was informative, offered great suggestions, and openly listened to our ideas. Our renovation also came in under budget which allowed us to re-do one of our outdoor play spaces.
