We appreciated his attention to the details and his sub contractors were all professional and timely. Jon with Maple Avenue Construction is an absolute dream to work with. We chose Jon for our kitchen remodel and is was the best decision we could have made. This was our first major remodel and he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always made sure we were in the loop of what was happening. He gave advice that elevated the results of the remodel. The results were everything I could have hoped for and more. I have the kitchen of my dreams! They also redid our fireplace and made custom shelving. The whole space is beautiful and perfect. Jon went to bat for us when we hired someone to clean our floors and damaged some of the finishes in the kitchen. Every single person who came into our home was top notch and we felt very comfortable with everyone we met. Conrad is Jon’s right hand man and does amazing, amazing work and deserves a shout out! We chose Maple Avenue Construction because, yes they do great work. But the bigger reason was because we could tell instantly Jon was a good person. Our gut was spot on, you will not find a better contractor!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jon, Conrad, and all subs contracted by Maple Avenue Construction. We started the process of undergoing an extensive remodel of our kitchen, 2.5 baths, laundry, and flooring in late summer 2020. Some of this work was quite extensive - walls and soffits removed, pipes rerouted, electrical rewired, windows added. Throughout the process, Jon thoughtfully stuck to our budget and timeline (the latter being SO important since we lived in the house throughout and even had children digital learning from home). Jon also worked hard to honor my vision while balancing the real-life constraints of lead time, space allocations, and cost. In all, Jon/Maple Ave helped us achieve beautiful, functional spaces that enhance our lives on a daily basis. Could not recommend more enthusiastically!

We are thrilled with our remodel and give all credit to Maple Avenue. Jon and his team remodeled about 90 percent of our South Tempe home, including the kitchen, two bathrooms, great room, and formal living and dining. Jon sees the big picture but also pays careful attention to the details. He is easy going and communicative. Perhaps his greatest asset is his selection of tradesmen. We couldn't have been happier with our hardwood floor installer, tile installers and electrician. Jon's ace-in-the-hole is Conrad, whose meticulous work installing doors, cabinets and trim seemed more like artistry. We look forward to having Jon and his team back to do two additional bathrooms and the laundry room.

Jon Clark at Maple Avenue Construction was referred to us by our previous GC/Contractor, who had been our "go to" contractor for about 14 years. Worked on numerous homes for us. He has since relocated to California. Jon and his team worked on our most recent project ( during the pandemic ) with great care. He, Conrad and everyone on their team were very professional and their quality of work was spot on. Jon worked through logistic delays and vendor schedules for us. Helped me with material sourcing / selections and kept us apprised of any changes in scheduling, which during this pandemic, was a challenge. His pricing is fair, he is not the cheapest contractor we have used but it is a case of 'you pay for what you get'. I would highly recommend Jon and his team. Our project consisted of taking a big wall out, complete renovation of the entire kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom and bath, so it was a pretty extensive project. We will use Maple Ave Construction again.

Jon and his team did an excellent job on creating a dry bar, shiplap fireplace and accent wall in our home. My wife and I couldn’t be more please with the final product. The team is very professional and provide a nice product. I would recommend Maple Ave Construction to anyone with a home improvement project in Phoenix and surrounding areas!

We can’t speak highly enough of Maple Avenue Construction. We hired them to do a kitchen for our historic home. Some parts of the job we knew exactly what we wanted, but for other items we need some inspiration, and Jon delivered. He has some great ideas and his crews are really great at what they do. The little details are really important to us, things others wouldn’t see we knew would be a problem and Jon and his crew made sure to make sure every little detail was done correctly. We had a leak in our kitchen in February and a friend of mine recommended Maple Avenue Construction. She had them remodel her kitchen and I had seen the quality work they had done. The project manager, Jonathan Clark, was so impressive from the very first meeting. He is a very kind person who is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I was also impressed by all of his trades workers, they did such quality work and we're very nice people also. I felt very comfortable with them working in my home Jonathan knew that I had been without a working kitchen for a long time and he worked so hard to keep the project moving forward and I appreciated that so much. I absolutely love the finished product, it's like my dream kitchen! The whole experience of working with Maple Avenue was a great one, I feel like they are my new friends and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a remodel job of any kind. When we decided to gut and remodel two bathrooms in our home, an inconvenient and messy project to say the least, we were determined to find the right contractor, especially since we have had less than enjoyable remodeling experiences in the past. As soon as we met Jon, we knew he was going to be our guy. We immediately saw that he had the personality traits that would make working with him very comfortable. He is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His communication skills are stellar. He stayed in constant contact throughout the entire project and gave daily updates regarding the schedule and any other pertinent information. We were never in the dark about what was happening. Every trades person who came into our home, was polite, clean and respectful and their work was excellent. Jon helped us initially define and then refine our vision and delivered it with perfection. Hello, I have hired Maple Avenue for 2 major renovations in my house kitchen and bathroom where we added an additional bathroom to the house and a remodel of our master bathroom. We also in 2019 hired Maple Avenue to redo our entire kiitcen. Maple Avenue is simply the best run company I have ever dealt with. Everything is taken care off, there is no detail missed and the workmaship is beyond anything. They get it done for you and they do it in a way that ever if you live in the remodel you do not feel it. Jon Clark and his team is the best. I am not blowing smoke, I would not have spent 140K in 2 years for crappy work. These guys work hard and make the whole process easy. I will never use anyone else but Maple Avenue for anything in my house As an old wrestler Ric Flair used to say to be the best you have to beat the best, and there so no body better than Maple Avenue. Five months after a $90,000+ interior remodel, we experienced a devastating house flood that forced a complete re-do of our painstaking, meticulous remodel that we spent countless hours on planning and seeing to fruition. After interviewing several contractors and meeting with Jon, we chose Maple Avenue Construction to be our contractor to try to recapture what we had just worked so hard to create. We moved out of our house for another three months and had our doubts that they would be able to meet our expectations. Jon and his crew of subs worked diligently to get that accomplished. We were very adamant about what we wanted and how we wanted things to look and the detail that we wanted matched from the initial remodel. They did everything we asked them to do and more and we were not satisfied until we got exactly what we wanted. We are happy to give them a 5-A rating and would recommend Maple Avenue to anyone looking to do a remodel or reconstruction project. Our punch list at the end may have seemed endless to them but Jon followed through on 98% of everything we asked of him. (An inexplicable red "washer/seal" in the kitchen sink drain never did get replaced/knife drawer not installed.) All in all, a good experience and good craftsmanship and communication throughout.

Amazing kitchen remodel! Great work from start to finish. All the trades people were clean and respectful. Finished product was top notch! Our downstairs living place was transformed by the woodwork done on the framing of our windows and the ship lap wall in our living and dining rooms. Our kitchen was completely redone and they created a great entertaining, modern, and open space for our family and friends. Project was done on time and on budget. After receiving quotes from several contractors, including big box stores, we called Maple Avenue Construction for a remodel on our home. They not only underbid all of our other quotes, but they went above and beyond in several areas. While replacing all of the single pane windows it was found that we had significant water damage to the structure below every window. Instead of mounting the windows from the interior, his crew removed and reframed all of the water damaged areas, and mounted the windows from the exterior so that we would not run into similar issues in the future. They also renovated our nursery as we were expecting and could not have been more pleased with the result. We appreciate Maple Avenue Construction for their professional work and will continue to promote Jon and Maple Avenue Construction to friends.

Maple Avenue Construction did a great job on our recent bathroom remodel! Jon sat with us during the planning period and helped create a design within our budget. Before the project started he sent a schedule with dates and times for all the subcontractors. When the remodel ran into unexpected issues (as all remodels do), Jon worked quickly to solve the problem and stay on schedule. Maple Avenue did a fantastic job on our cabinets! Jon came by to measure everything and offered professional and honest advice about my “dream kitchen”. He helped point me in the right direction as far as kitchen layout and design and what works best here and there. This was the insight that I needed to bring me back to reality with my space and more importantly my budget. He helped me design the kitchen that I’ve always wanted. Conrad, the installer did a great job. He was very passionate about cabinetry and wood work and it was fun to watch. I showed the guys a picture of two things that were important to me, open shelving and a custom hood. They made sure that we got both of those taken care of and that we were always on the same page to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. They definitely did not disappoint. The hood is absolutely gorgeous and is the focal point that everyone has to brag on in our newly remodeled home. We are so pleased with our kitchen and would recommend using Maple Avenue to everyone!!!

Jonathan and Maple Avenue Construction were amazing. We had an extremely tight timeline for our kitchen remodel (three weeks!) and Jon made it happen! I've built three custom homes, so I know that contractors don't always deliver on their promises. This was never the case with Maple Avenue. We recently remodeled a townhouse and we had two-month window to select, order and install new cabinets and counter-tops. As a dealer for Sollid Cabinetry, Jon contacted me and offered to meet me at the townhouse to perform measurements and provide a quote. My immediate impression was that Jon was trustworthy and accommodating; I was right! Jon was excellent from start to finish. I had quotes from two other companies but Jon offered a lower price with recommendations for a better layout and a more finished look. I was contacted by Jon Clark @ Maple Avenue Construction to bid on our kitchen cabinet remodel. We were working under a very tight budget and a very tight timeline as our old home was already sold and we needed to be out of the old home by close of escrow. The remodel was at demo stage when Jon and I first discussed my needs so a lot needed to happen very quickly. Jon and I worked together on the layout and design I desired and through collaboration and recommendations achieved the kitchen of my dreams. When it was time to install our kitchen, Jon made sure the cabinets were on time and perfectly installed. All of the design ideas, sizes and styles were correct and fit just as planned. Once the cabinets were in Jon worked with me to make sure the countertops to be decided set off the kitchen beautifully. I was not crazy about driving from the west side of town to Tempe; however, Jon assured me I would be happier if I made the drive to select my own countertop and slabs. He was absolutely correct!
