We hired Dan's firm to help us manage a two months floor replacement project. Dan is a stand up guy who follows through, honest, and dedicated to the success of the project. The communication throughout the project with the sub contractors was exceptional. He was clear with expectations and circled back with us if any issues came up or if things got resolved. He returned all emails, calls, text within the day. He came to the house to determine the scope, came up with an estimate, and then carried through with what he promised. His crew was extremely professional and respectful and didn't need constant supervision. They cleaned up the project site so nicely every day. His painter/dry wall lead is a very talented person with attention to detail to get the job done well. The results exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable general contractor.
