Menjivar Construction, Design and Development

I had the pleasure of working with Menjivar Construction on a client project in Los Angeles. To complicate the renovation, we were also filming the transformation for HGTV's new #1 hit series House Hunters Renovation. Despite the challenges of the renovation, film production schedule and the usual rehab findings, Menjivar Construction was able to get the job done on time, on budget and have satisfied the homeowners. I always recommend them in Los Angeles!

Luis Menjivar is one of the most talented and creative contractors I've ever worked with. His eye for detail good taste is worth the experience to work with him. He is easy to work with and open to new ideas and options. Luis recently completed an upgrade to my home remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms. We took the house from a 50's grandma look to a very current and hip bachelor pad with wood and stone. I highly recommend his creativity and design for any project both inside and out.
