A hurricane brought Mike Carson to Louisiana in the early 80s to work in the Construction industry. Framing houses in Lafayette, LA is where Mike Carson started his career, then eventually broadened his services to General Contracting in Commercial and Residential Construction. Mike Carson Construction expanded their service area in the last twenty years to not only include Lafayette, but also Alexandria, Lake Charles, Houma, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans. Mike Carson Construction did an excellent job improving joist suppor and replacing the subfloor on my house. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crew ensured the work site was kept clean throughout the project His Estimator and Crew Foreman was very detail oriented and insured the job was completed properly and to my satisfaction. The Office Manager is also very detail oriented to ensure the SOW agreement contained all the information to include materials list, work progress calender and pay schedule. She was a pleasure to work with

I had extensive subfloor repairs completed on my home by Mike Carson Construction. The Mike Carson Estimator and Crew Foreman was very professional with his attention to detail in both the estimate of work to be done and continued with that same attention to detail throughout the supervision of the construction crew and ensuring the work was completed to my satisfaction. The Office Manager was truly a pleasure to work with. She is also a true professional as she ensured that I was provided with a detailed contract agreement and support documents to ensure the job would be completed to specifications within the project estimated cost. I can highly recommend Mike Carson Construction based on my experience on this home repair project.

I used Mike Carson for new construction back in 2007 and then used them again here recently for an addition to my new home and a new roof. Couldn't ask for better outcomes. I've seen their commercial and residential work... they follow through, make sure everything is 100% and hold themselves with the utmost professionalism. I will not use anyone else for any type of project. The best out there, without a doubt.
