Eric Joffe Construction, Corp. partnered with me to complete a unique renovation that has transformed a very non-descript street view of my residence into one that is getting rave reviews from neighbors. We live on a cul-de-sac and have a number of cars driving by and stopping to look. The project included adding a front porch, a large dormer in our FROG and a canopy over our garage door. Since the house sits on a tidal marsh we had to submit for a small project review by the Chesapeake Bay Review Board. We also included a complete landscape transformation to compliment the new design and to incorporate requirements of the wetlands review board. The contractor was very easy to work with and was very instrumental in getting in ushering the project through the review board process quickly and efficiently with good results from both the owner's standpoint and the review boards goals. We owe a great deal of thanks to Eric Joffe and Mike Simon for coastal design facelift!

Various substantial projects for our residence, including replacing exterior stow with hardy plank, replacing windows, electrical, plumbing and bathroom renovations. The work was top of the line and I would recommend them to anyone considering a project because of their quality and honesty. There were never any surprises.

We asked Eric and Mike to take a 60 year old 5000 sq ft house and tear out everything. Every bathroom, window, kitchen. The sunken entrance was lifted, the kitchen enlarged, the outside refaced etc etc etc. For us it was a huge job but for Eric and Mike it was buisness as normal. They not only created the house we had dreamed of but added important twists and innovations that we would never have thought of. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing construction services at the highest quality level!

Dear Eric, Many months ago we decided to address the stains around several windows, before painting. Little did we know we were opening Pandora’s box. We called another reputable contractor and he recommended replacing the windows. We remembered how you solved another leak repair many years ago , involving an open deck over a closed room, in a direct and competent manner, as opposed to some other recommendations we had received that were wildly creative. Your solution then worked completely and competently. So you came and started to investigate ...seemed simple enough but how deceptive. As you progressed into the job, you found so much damage you eventually removed the entire three story brick wall, on a seven thousand square foot house, cutting out all the brick and replacing it, replaced all sheetrock, removed and repaired molding, windows...you rebuilt the entire outside wall while we occupied the house. You showed us the damage to the wood that now was rotten to the thinness of paper. How that wall did not collapse remains a mystery. When a storm threatened, you were here protecting all the replaced areas and those exposed to the elements. You secured scaffolding and new boards, bricks, tyvek and the like. You protected our driveway and back patio so heavy equipment did no further damage. The site was manageable every evening when your team left and ready for their early arrival the next morning. We were able to carry on our lives traveling and working, knowing your capable hands opened and closed the house daily. You were here supervising every day, at least twice a day, and were never a phone call away from your team...or any questions/concerns we had. We became part of your team, so we understood and saw what you found and your recommendations for replacement. There was no way we could have survived this traumatic experience with anyone else , nor had the confidence the job would be better than the original. We are enjoying our home with the comfort of knowing that area will last for generations. There is no one else to thank but you and your team. Both Eric Joffe and Mike Simon conduct their business in a complete ethical,professional and high level of attention to all the building needs of their customers. Eric originally built our home in 2006 and when it came time for an addition there was no one else we would consider using. Eric and Mike were always available to answer all questions and very aware of keeping the home livable and clean while the work proceeded. Their follow up and continued service makes them unique in the industry. My wife and I highly recommend them to anyone building from the ground up or making improvements. They stuck to budget and worked very well with our architect and interior designer. They made building a pleasure instead of a stressful undertaking.

Mike Simon & Eric Joffe of Eric Joffe Construction designed and built our sunroom addition, whole yard re-landscaping, our outdoor kitchen, painting inside and outside, and upgraded lighting & painting in our home office with an exceptional level of quality and professionalism. Mr Simon & Mr Joffe are always thinking of the customer's best interest. For example they realized the the stairs they made needed to be of a 'low rise' to accomodate our 8 pound dog! Which I never would have thought about requesting! The addition is seamless to the eye from inside and outside, including the roof line. They strictly adhered to budgets and deadlines. Always cooperative with other parties (i.e. my designer & cabinet maker) and sensitive to their deadlines they made working on the project a fun, collaborative effort. Their knowledge of VAB city planning, rules & regs is extensive and made sure we were in compliance in all matters. They always took my calls and were amenable to plan changes. Eric, Mike and their subcontractors are unfailingly polite and know how to keep a project work site neat. So I always came home to find things sealed off properly with swept up floors and dust free living space. They have it all: real work ethics, provide highest quality design/creativity and have the skill and commitment to complete a beautiful new living space for their customers!

I have had the pleasure of working Eric Joffe on several home renovations as well as new home construction. Eric and his team spend time listening to the client's needs and makes sure they incorporate the clients wishes. Any project we work together on, we work as a team, sharing ideas, making suggestions, working with the client to make sure the product is something the client loves and we do too. His work is impeccable and the workmen he uses are meticulous in taking care of the homeowner's space when working in the home.

I had a full kitchen rehab completed. They handled everything professionally, including dealing with significant termite damage that was uncovered. I loved my new kitchen. I would recommend this company to anyone.
