He made excellent recommendations, did his best to accommodate our schedule and budget, and was always quick to respond. When we met in person, he took the time to personally walk us around the showroom and answer all our questions. Top-notch customer service from everyone! This company believes in quality and craftsmanship as the name suggests. Their efforts to source ethically and limit wasted material was impressive, and their ability to pass on savings to the customer was greatly appreciated! We also loved the technology used to show exactly how the counters would look before making cuts, so that we could feel confident about the install. Our counters turned out beautiful! We have only 2 seams and they are hardly visible, and the veining is lined up very nicely. I also really appreciated the care they took not to damage our floors and cabinets. All around fantastic experience! Thank you so much!!

Quality Stone Concepts (QSC) recently installed our quartz countertops, and, from beginning to end, they were fantastic! Lou Anne explained the types of countertops and the whole process, patiently answered my questions, and I knew exactly what to expect for every step. Ashley was on top of scheduling and worked with me to accommodate other needs (such as plumbing). Matt measured carefully and Greg did a beautiful job laying out the template for the stone slabs. Mark and John expertly installed the kitchen countertops, including a peninsula and an island. Mark realized that one area of the wall was not even and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. I don't know the names of who cut and finished the stone slabs, but they fit perfectly and look beautiful. I am so happy with the Calacatta Mystic quartz and the fine job that QSC did, and everyone was professional and so nice, too! Kudos and thanks to QSC!

Each person we interacted with from selection to scheduling to install were all very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Excellent communication and follow up. Lou Anne was our initial contact and after explaining the cabinets and countertops we were looking for, she made sure we saw everything available and helped us picking out exactly what we wanted. Robbie helped with the design and his suggestions made our project even better. Jenice and Ashley ensure the installation was done on time and kept us informed of all scheduling issues. Pete, John and Alyssa did a excellent job installing the cabinets. John and Mark did the same installing the countertops. Installed countertops a 1/4 inch off. Have been trying to get them to level the counter top but they have been blowing me off for almost three years. I actually asked them to do it and I would pay them to fox there work but they still won't get me on there schedule to fix. Assuming I am not profitable enough.

Tony and the Quality Stone staff rescued me at the last minute. Professional, friendly, personable, patient, take direction with a smile, seamless install of cabinets, magnificent granite counter top finish, and after completing my master bath I feel like family. I was able to take on the job of totally overhauling my master bath due to the guidance, encouragement and the best referral that Tony gave me. Due to my positive experience with QSC I have already commissioned them to start another project in my home. Thanks to the amazing service.

Top notch from start to finish. I genuinely believe anyone that has had a negative experience is most likely due to issues with their own contractor and/or miscommunication between them. This company listens to every detail and let's you know upfront the best plan of action to complete your request. I've done numerous projects and every single one has been done exactly how we wanted and has exceeded expectations. I've personally been in the business over 15 years and will never take my business anywhere else. There's no need to. Prices are great, and finished product is always wonderful.
