I had a last minute need to remodel my recent purchased condo. Mike was really prompt with reply and came out to give me an estimate within couple days. After the estimate, he started the work, which involves installing one kitchen and two bathroom countertops, sinks, microwave, range, removing old cabinet crown with new one, tiles for fireplace and backsplashes, and removing cabinets. Mike was able to give me good contacts for all the material needed and he finished the job on time as we planned. He is also easy to communicate with and always respond with my inquiry promptly and then apply changes right away.

Mike Sweazy of Mod Construction is working on our newly purchased home and is doing a great job of remodeling it. He converted our daylight basement into a rental unit by adding a full kitchen, laundry room and extra storage closet. Our new tenants love it and so do we. We are delighted to get the extra income in rent since we are newly retired. He remodeled our master bathroom. It was in need of some serious updating of it's 1969 original pink bathroom fixtures. He took the room down to the studs and installed radiant floors and an enlarged walk-in shower with a floating bench. We plan to stay in our home as we age and wanted to make the bathroom handicap accessible. The meticulous work Mike did on the tile installation makes the bathroom very stylish and beautiful. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Now he is working on converting our walk-in pantry into a laundry room. Next he will install our new kitchen. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to remodel their home.

You have alleviated a lot of stress on my part by repairing my drywall that I desperately needed help with. Had my old wood deck cleaned and sealed with a fantastic product. It looks great and I was told it will extend the life of my deck for 10-15 years. Thanks Michael!

Mike replaced the flooring on our deck. He was very efficient, finished the job in a short amount of time, came in under estimate, was pleasant to deal with. He explained in detail what he would do and gave good instructions on how to complete the finishing, which we wanted to do ourselves. And the deck looks great! I would have no trouble recommending him to anyone.

Mike has worked for us around 5-6 times over the past 6 years. He always reviews ahead of time the work that I'd like done to make sure he has the supplies that he needs. He is very through, quick and neat and he just GETS THE JOB DONE! He is dependable through the whole project! Not often found in the construction business.

Mod Construction built a shed at my home. I asked for one that would look like part of the house and the one built looks like a perfect extension of the home. Mod Construction also did a lot of small jobs in the home such as fixing lights, hanging hooks, and other small things. Big or small the work was well done.
