My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      On the linen cabinet: how much room from the bottom to the floor? Is the pole that supports the bottom of the linen cabinet adjustable? How much extra width do we need to allow for the linen cabinet to spin a full 360?

      No the pole is not adjustable. Regarding how much room their is from the bottom to the floor, you can decide on your own, where on the wall to put it.
