Idan is an engineer and is a licensed contractor. He and his team literally took care of everything. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish… they legalized a load bearing wall removal for me, handled talking to the city, dealing with permit issues, scheduled inspections, etc. I was able to just go to work, handle my other responsibilities, until they texted me that the job was done :) highly recommended!!!

Working with Modular remodeling was such a good experience. They are very knowledgeable, Easy to get along, always on time, open to help with any question. They always have people on the site to finish the work. Unlike other company, who would work 2 week here then off for 1-2 weeks and resume works for 1-2 weeks and then off again for 1-2 weeks. They are very prompt in doing their works. The price is very competitive with others. But most important is the quality of their works. We are very happy for their works. we had a whole house remodeling with an addition, we are very happy and excited with the results. All the team have been really helpful, the owner Idan always on top, the manager Kelly help us with all our questions, accounting team always prompt. We totally recommend Modular, and we will be more than happy to work again with them.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Modular Remodeling and Design on a major home renovation project covering the entire interior of the house. The designer did a great job of working with us to design a space that met our needs and style. We were very impressed with their attention to detail, flexibility, and communication skills. The work was all completed with permits and according to the initial designs and we were happy with the final product. The contractor was responsive to my requests and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Edgar worked efficiently and effectively on all of the bathrooms in the project and was able to make each unique bathroom shine like it does in the designs. This was time consuming, but the high-quality product was worth the price. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a general housing contractor. They are a professional and experienced team that will get the job done.

We had a fantastic experience working with Modular for our house addition (which included new entry, new kitchen, bathrooms, plus all new floors and windows throughout). Idan and his team are truly exceptional: we could count on them to return calls and solve the problems that naturally come up with any project. They work with skilled subcontractors and, with Idan's attention to detail, the work really shines. We are so glad we worked with Modular and will be working with them again on future projects!

Project: Kitchen Refinishing Sr. Project Manager: Idan My overall experience working with Modular Remodeling and Design was great from start to finish. And collaborating with Idan is one of the most informative and educational experiences I have ever had with a project manager. And although my initial meeting with Idan was about installing new flooring throughout my house, Idan had the sense that it wasn’t really what I wanted but instead to change my very outdated kitchen with vinyl wall paneling. My kitchen was the biggest eyesore in my house, and I have always wanted to change it but I thought it was impossible until Idan explained about Kitchen refinishing and how it is less expensive than a full kitchen remodeling. Since the project started, Idan was always there answering any of my questions and concerns I have about everything including the kitchen sink. And talking to Idan is like talking to an old college professor constantly reminding me “we have to do it this way because it is the right way to do it.” The project was completed with no hitch and on time. I am so glad I decided to change my kitchen and I am so much happier now. I highly recommend Modular Remodeling and Design and their team. And in fact, I already recommended them to my friends.

project: kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel. Great group to work with. Have had a few remodels under our belt and have to say you don't get what you want by cutting corners. These guys are very thorough and detail oriented from bidding, planning to execution. They know what they are doing and do it the right way, the first time. Bid was adhered to (minus our change orders we requested after initial plan of course) Top concerns of ours were: living in the home with small children, adherence to budget and timeline, and clean finish work. All were maintained throughout. We asked them to change course a few times and add more work and they were great. The guys were great to talk to and great with our kids and dog.Tile finish work is impeccable. If you are working with nice materials I would definitely hire them to ensure it looks awesome. Many times were happy with the progress and Idan and Ellie were the ones not satisfied and had things redone better or retouched at not additional cost. They strive for perfection. We will be working with them on our future plans.

We just got done using Modular remodeling and design for a kitchen remodel, and we could not be happier. Eli managed our project and did a wonderful job making sure things were done in a timely and orderly manner. He communicated with us very well and if there were ever any errors/mistakes, he was VERY quick to correct them. Eli did an incredible job with the countertops, backsplash and flooring. His attention to detail was incredible. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home!

We contracted Modular remodeling and design to remove a fireplace (which included patching the roof/tiles, patching the floor tile) and to repaint the interior of our home. Our experience was great! Idan responded quickly after I had messaged them for a bid (something I found very rare in the area). Everything happened within a few weeks, and they were even able to accommodate an additional change (adding two ceiling fans). I wasn't at the house while most of the work was done, but when I was everyone on their team that I encountered were very friendly, hardworking and respectful of our home (moving furniture, laying plastic, cleanup, etc). We have some bigger remodels that we plan to do in the future and look forward to working with them again!

Idan and his crew did a great job. We had all interior doors replaced,fireplace upgrade, paint kitchen and living room and hallways. Idan's vision for the doors and casings and fireplace were spot on. Everything was done in a timely manner.. Communication was awesome. We are super happy with the finished product.
