MRM Project Management

Monty came over for an estimate on a basement job. After discussing the project and chatting over email, I never heard from him again.

MRM failed to level the concrete floor in our basement before installing flooring. This failure is obvious. I called Monty to ask why he failed to level the concrete. He was unaware that this was a common practice. He consulted a real professional who confirmed this process. Then Monty told me “I learn something new every time” but he did not offer to fix the problem, discount the work, etc. I would not recommend MRM to anyone. If you want professional results hire someone else.

I highly recommend this group! I saw a beautiful kitchen remodel that was done by MRM Project Management. I called requesting some information. Monty is very helpful and responded to all my questions. Beautiful work and great customer service!

Monty and his team are our go-to when in need of home services. He successfully and beautifully finished our basement within the provided time-line and within budget. He selects professional partners to work on his projects. He will soon be starting a complete kitchen remodel in our home and am confident we will have the same outcome we did in our basement.
