We did a complete home makeover. This was a very overwhelming project and James and Jann made it as easy and enjoyable as possible. We wanted to do a lot of the work ourselves. They worked with us to do what we could not not, bailed us out when we were in over our heads, and coordinated their responsibilities with what we were doing. Jann is absolutely the sweetest person I have ever worked with and James kept his cool when we were overwhelmed. Our brick mason lined up our brick columns off center. I was so nervous to call and point this out to our GC. However James just said no problem and fixed it! That was a whole days worth of work that had to be redone. But James just took care of it like it was no big deal!!! They were also so patient with my inability to make decisions and choices I highly recommend this group. They were patient , professional, and kind.

Ned and his firm gave us the kitchen of our dreams by removing a load bearing wall between two existing spaces and hiding the necessary support beam in the ceiling so there was no visual interruption between the spaces. Other contractors seemed to be intimidated by this part of the project. Ned not only had done this before, he took us to see a similar job he had done for another client so we could see the result for ourselves. Their attention to detail and incredibly fine craftsmanship are demonstrated in the way they carefully removed the existing crown molding and then applied it to the top of our new cabinets so the molding matched throughout the kitchen., The collaborative nature of the project made it a thoroughly positive experience. They helped us make choices which made the kitchen as safe as possible for our grandchildren, and guided our design decisions to make sure the final kitchen both worked well and looked great. We are thrilled with the result. There is NOTHING we would have done differently.
