I cannot tell you how happy and satisfied I am with the professionalism New Wave has shown my Fiancé and I when choosing who to go with for windows. The process was simple, and painless. David was the first person that stopped by to assess our situation. We only had 10 windows and 2 sliding doors that needed to be replaced. However, he was straightforward, courteous and didn't try to up-sell us on any unnecessary items. New Wave came by 2 days later to take measurements for the window replacements. The Rep was quick, and was kind to answer any questions we had about the process.One Company Told me 2 months to install the Windows! New Wave had it done in weeks. They completed installation ahead of schedule and the quality workmanship is also excellent they were very meticulous and they clean up after themselves very well, sadly, I think our place turned out cleaner when they left! I had several friends use them in the Area and they had nothing but praises.If you're looking for piece-of-mind then you should call for a quote. You won't be disappointed.

We cannot recommend New Wave London highly enough! From our first meeting with John and throughout the entire project, John and his crew were great. John is incredibly professional, responsible, trustworthy, responsive, and frankly, he's a nice guy who is easy to work with. He took the time to do things right and was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He made the home renovation process as stress-free and predictable as possible and we couldn't be happier with the result (at a very fair price). We will be using John and New Wave London again in the future...expect a call John.

We had some electrical work done in our condo. New Wave London helped us with some electrical rewiring so the light switches were in a better and convenient spot (as our place was old and the light switches went to nothing), added recess lighting to make the place brighter, and they did a great job in patching up the walls afterward as well. They made sure everything was alright by following up afterward, which doesn't happen much out there nowadays.
