Dan is a pleasure to work with and clearly has a passion for his work. North Loop Builders exhibited professionalism in a collaborative setting with both our studio as a design team member and the client in all of the instances we have worked with them. They are conscientious about deadlines, budgets and design expectations -- I highly recommend them.

Dan was great with our remodeled home. We first met Dan through the painter that we had hired, as he was the carpenter for the painter. Dan did a number of other smaller jobs on our older home until we were ready for a much larger project. Dan and his team tore down ~60% of our house and added a master suite, new kitchen, bath, mud room and family room with fantastic results. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and commuicated openly, clearly and honestly. We had scheduled to have a 7 month project and Dan completed at 6 months. We have since, and will continue, to recommend Dan to not only our friends, but also the banker who helped secure our loan for the project. Great work Dan, keep it up!!

Dan at North Loop Builders came in on my kitchen remodel after it had been completely ripped out by a previous, so called professional. I will say he competely took charge of the situation and had my new kitchen in order by Thanksgiving. He is very honest and totally trustworthy. His work is very neat and precise without worry of clean up afterwards. I actually hired him to remodel my bathroom, once the kitchen was finished and I must say the work was just as the kitchen. I was really impressed by the work that North Loop Builders did for me.

They work with you as a customer to develop a building plan that fits your budget and at the same time maintains a very high design standard. Because of their experience with projects at all budget levels and "types" [where money is only secondary in the equation], they can recommend materials and approaches to your project that will raise it to a very high level of design.
