Although we ended up going with a contractor that we knew, we obtained a quote for an ensuite bathroom renovation from Sean. He visited our site and offered helpful and insightful thoughts on the project, based on our designer's plan. His quote was very thorough and detailed, breaking every line item down in terms of Material/Sub-trades and Labour, and he offered suggestions for saving on cost if desired. His price was on par with our two other quotes. He followed-up in a timely manner with true professionalism and was great to communicate with. We are keeping him in mind for future renovation needs! Sean and Curtis are the best in the business! They knew exactly the work that was required, had a detailed quote ready for us with an accurate timeline and got the work completed to an extremely high standard. Even when unforeseen issues occurred due to our old home, it was accounted for a measures were taken to still get the work done in the same amount of time. Ensuite Bathroom - Spring 2021 Warren Contracting did an amazing job renovating our ensuite bathroom! Our bathroom was a complete demo and now it looks like it belongs in a magazine! Sean is professional and courteous and his knowledge of materials and practices is excellent. Disruptions were kept to a minimum and our house was left clean everyday. Customer service, workmanship and attention to detail is excellent and the finished bathroom is beyond our expectations. Sean Warren and his team are top notch. From the very beginning of our interactions Sean was professional and full engaged to making our project successful. His quotes are detailed so scope of what is "is and out" is clearly defined. Sean worked well with the structural engineer and architect even when things got really challenging as unknowns popped up. Sean works well with his team and they have a great work culture- it is clear there is a lot of respect and trust between them. There is good comradery while still focusing on quality workmanship and that was nice to see as the customer. We felt the entire time like Sean and team worked on our project like it could be their very own home. They explained things along the way so we were kept fully engaged in the progress and any obstacles.
