While onsite they are very professional, willing to work around and in collaboration with other trades/contractors, and complete their quality work efficiently. Sean and Curtis are the best in the business! They knew exactly the work that was required, had a detailed quote ready for us with an accurate timeline and got the work completed to an extremely high standard. Even when unforeseen issues occurred due to our old home, it was accounted for a measures were taken to still get the work done in the same amount of time. They went above and beyond with the cleanup and made sure we had a great experience. 10/10 will definitely be using them again.

Ensuite Bathroom - Spring 2021 Warren Contracting did an amazing job renovating our ensuite bathroom! Our bathroom was a complete demo and now it looks like it belongs in a magazine! Sean is professional and courteous and his knowledge of materials and practices is excellent. Disruptions were kept to a minimum and our house was left clean everyday. Customer service, workmanship and attention to detail is excellent and the finished bathroom is beyond our expectations. Sean Warren and his team are top notch. From the very beginning of our interactions Sean was professional and full engaged to making our project successful. His quotes are detailed so scope of what is "is and out" is clearly defined. Sean worked well with the structural engineer and architect even when things got really challenging as unknowns popped up. Sean works well with his team and they have a great work culture- it is clear there is a lot of respect and trust between them. There is good comradery while still focusing on quality workmanship and that was nice to see as the customer. We felt the entire time like Sean and team worked on our project like it could be their very own home. They explained things along the way so we were kept fully engaged in the progress and any obstacles. We feel confident in the work that has been done on our front porch and would absolutely recommend Sean Warren Contracting to those looking for home renovations or building projects to be completed. I would actually recommend that you contact Sean prior to an architect as he can really help with what type of item are important to look for and understand what is important to you. We would have Sean back in a heart beat for another project. The other thing that made it easy to work with Sean is that he is a good human! Kind, caring and a great person to be around.
