Olar completely renovated my condo kitchen, including knocking down 2 walls, rebuilding a ceiling lighting structure, custom cabinets, countertops, backsplash - we worked with an architect (Miguel Cruz). Also, laid wood floors throughout my condo, replaced old doors on closets, repainted the entire condo. They did this in promised time, without my supervision or worrying, they were prompt, efficient, and within their organization, had the best workers in my mind. They were also the lowest bidder, but I’d go with them anyway after my experience. The main supervisor was somewhat of an artist and his work shows. They were also very clean - cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. The foreman and supervisor were available all the time if I had questions.
