Our company has worked on many building projects with The One Group and I have known Jon Elliott for over 30 years; using his company for personal jobs as well. Jon is truly a professional contractor with his clients’ best interest at the top of his priority list. Jon is one of the most conscientious general contractors I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with Jon on many future projects.

I hired ONE Custom Builders to completely redo my loft condo in downtown Chicago on Washington Street. With the exception of the walls and shower, we ripped everything out and started over, including the built in fireplace. Our goal was to upgrade and modernize the unit. ONE Builders did everything from installing hard wood floors throughout, to a back drop wall and modernized fireplace, to a new island and counter tops, to new cabinets, to closing in the loft bedrooms, to two new bathrooms top-to-bottom. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! They did an amazing job in every way, shape and form. The design advice was extremely helpful and we turned a normal loft condo into a stunning and modernized two bedroom apartment. Great job guys! - Shawn

I was remodeling a second bathroom and The One Group's knowledge and design expertise specifically Jon was amazing. He is a gifted designer andn managed to increase the space and functionality of our bathroom. The team is very professional and clean. The attention to detail is great for our kids. The work was done a day early and right on the budget. There were no surprises. Our bathroom came out incredible and is a highlight of the house. The One Group is dies it all from design to procurement of materials to install. They even followed up after to see hoe our kids like the bathroom. I have found a company I can trust and use for future projects.

The One Group did a fantastic job of renovating my downtown condominium. This was no small task--everything from the floors and ceilings to a brand new kitchen, bathroom upgrades and extensive millwork.
