I’m writing this review as our house is still being updated. We are 3/4 finished and have had an outstanding experience with Sergio! His communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. The quality of his work was excellent, showcasing his thorough attention to detail. He’s a true man of his word, delivering exactly what he promised and more. He went above and beyond, offering amazing suggestions that elevated our project while working within our budget. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend him for any contracting needs! Once our house is completed, I will update this review.

OSH Construction is fantastic. We interviewed five contractors before choosing OSH Construction and we are very happy we did. We give them a five star rating. From start to finish Sergio and his crew were friendly and professional, worked hard and were able to finish renovation early. Segio updated us every day with what was done and what the next days progress would be. He helped us with choosing materials and paid attention to every detail, just a pleasure to work with. Wow, wow, wow. We are extremely happy with the quality and timeliness of the work that Sergio did for us during the recent remodel of our primary bathroom. The finished bathroom is a dream come true! Sergio exceeded our idea of an ideal contractor – he is excellent in every way! He is honest, a problem solver, efficient, hardworking, and creative. He has an awesome skilled crew. He is a good role model for all the trades he uses, and they respect him. As a result, they show up early in the morning, work hard all day, and keep a neat worksite. He kept us apprised of the status of the project every day, which was very reassuring. Sergio is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and provided great advice regarding the final layout of the bathroom and fixing unexpected defects. For example, during a rainy day, his crew found a leak in the roof while demolishing the shower. Sergio immediately alerted us and provided a roofer that same day to fix the leak rather than ignoring the problem like some other contractors would have done. We never encountered a situation where Sergio didn’t provide a viable solution. In addition to providing good solid construction, he also had an eye for design which was helpful in choosing materials and placement of fixtures (cabinets, sinks, etc.). We are grateful to Sergio and his crew for giving us a beautiful and functional bathroom with tons of storage!

Absolutely amazing service from Sergio and his team. Construction can be stressful but he and his team are always on time and always through and clean. I had a complete kitchen remodel as well as bathroom remodel done and I’m so happy with the outcome. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We have lived in our 1956 home for 10 years now in 2022 it was in desperate need of an update and addition as our family grew. Sergio was very attentive and thorough with where and how our money would be spent. The OSH crew were great and very trustworthy. Our remodel/ addition took 10 weeks and we couldn’t be happier even 2 years later.

If you want a job done well, look no further than OSH Construction. Sergio and the team were extremely professional, hard working, and responsive when working on our spa. Great work and reasonable pricing as well. I would highly recommend them.

OSH Construction is THE BEST!!! We are extremely happy with our "new" home! Our kitchen, living and family room remodel took about 80 days to complete. We consulted with three other contractors, but OSH was the only one to give us a complete and fair quote. During our first encounter with Sergio, the contractor, his organization and professionalism really jumped out at us. What solidified our decision to choose OSH for the job was when Sergio invited us to see a couple of their other reno sites, which were both bigger than our project. We were very impressed with their work, as well as the number of workers at the job site. One of our biggest concerns with starting our reno was that we needed to be home throughout the project. The guys did a great hob in sealing off the work areas and cleaning up at the end of the day. The guys were very respectful, hardworking and organized. They would arrive at 730am and be cleaned up by 330pm, six days a week from Monday thru Saturday. They were always upbeat and from what we can tell, more than happy to do their jobs. A sign of a good working environment and leadership. About ninety percent of the time there was four or five workers. Throughout the process, Sergio made suggestions that we either didn't consider or thought impossible to do, most notably an island waterfall effect. We were skeptical it could be done, considering our island was already the biggest quartz slab that we could find, and no two slabs have the similar veining. He guaranteed we would be happy with the continuation of the pattern, but that if we weren't he would remove them at no extra charge. AND that he would eat the cost of the materials. Needless to say, we were blown away with the end result and it's the perfect finishing touch to our beautiful kitchen. We tried to be model clients but admit that we may have made things complicated sometimes with quite a few order additions mid construction. For instance, we decided that we wanted a custom hood, paint other areas of the house, change and add crown molding, customize certain parts of a prefabricated cabinet, etc. Sergio was great, always said "not a problem, you're gonna like it." And we love it all. It's absolutely worth repeating that we couldn't be happier with the final results. OSH gave us a kitchen, living and family rooms beyond our imagination. We love the openness and brightness that we now get from natural light. We are so appreciative and grateful for the wonderful group of people at OSH Construction. We would absolutely and highly recommend OSH to anyone who's looking for a contractor. We have, in fact, recommended them to a few people in need of a good contractor. Such excellent workers, experts at what they do, and work hard to get the job done right.

Sergio and his build crew from OSH Construction came highly recommended by a friend, and I can highly recommend them as well. They did a fantastic job building/repairing our elevated 12’x24’ exterior deck. Sergio and the guys delivered on every promise. The crew took great pride in their work and did a superior finishing job. They were always on time or early and kept the grounds neat and tidy at the end of each day and finished ahead of schedule. When any questions came up about the finer points of the design or the basic construction, we talked it through and found a great solution. We are very happy with the results. - Paul

I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.
