Pacific MH Construction did a pier adjustment for my mobile home. A short time after that I noticed that one corner sank. In other words, it was no longer level as it was immediately after the pier adjustment. After repeated requests, the company refused to remeasure to verify if my claim was true or not. So I got another company to remeasure the level. Sure enough, it was no longer level. Now I'm going with the other company, and they have a practice of rechecking afterwards without my asking.

The lack of communication left me in the dark, the project was supposed to take 4-6 weeks and almost 4 months later I still can’t move into my new house because they can’t figure out how to connect my electrical panel to my home. The contractor left it up to me to figure it out. Not to mention how much they charge to remove and install concrete.
