“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“My wife and I hired Steve Quinn and his team to remodel our kitchen in late 2013, and it came out spectacular - far more elegant than we ever imagined. We must have interviewed 7 other contractors, and we were so gratified we went with Steve. Deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, scrupulous about every detail, straightforward about everything, highly procedural about documentation and project milestones, and a man you can trust. Plus Steve has a terrific designer on his team, Ling Antido, who understands the subtleties of influencing her clients design decisions. Whereas I credit Steve with the quality of our remodeled kitchen, it was Ling who guided us through our design decisions. We will turn to them for our next project, without hesitation.”

“Project: Renovate 1st floor of my home (Drywall, Paint, Flooring, and Kitchen Remodel). The Maintenance Department Team is by far the BEST contracting company I have ever worked with. Before having the Maintenance Department Team begin the job, I had few contractors source the work to see if they could do the job, but none of them had the knowledge and character like Rich Gardner. Rich was friendly, easy to talk to about the project, and saw the vision for what we wanted to achieve. At that point, I knew Rich could get the job done based on the answers to my questions. During the entire renovation project, Rich demonstrated superior qualities by staying customer-focus, following-through on pending items, and delivering on all tasks (which was no easy job, renovating an entire 1st floor of a home). He continued to keep us updated day-after-day, and night-after-night. It was real assuring to know that we could have a conversation with Rich during any hour of the day (all part of our experience). During our daily walk through, he even saw minor-flaws in certain areas that I did not notice, and proceeded to correct them immediately. Folks, this is an amazing quality for an individual to have, and Rich demonstrated that. Rich is very honest and is a true professional who went above and beyond to get the renovation completed in the time he estimated. I admire Rich for everything he did for me, my wife, and our home. He has great ethics, and will not try to up-sell you on any service or additions that you don’t need. He makes you feel very comfortable by trying to understand your goals, and helping you see the bigger picture. I sincerely appreciate Rich and the Maintenance Department Team for their level of service, commitment, outstanding work, and effort in making our home a great place. Thank you Rich Gardner and team. You are truly the best at what you do.”

“Tony and his team are excellent. We’ve had them do multiple jobs for us. He fixed our roof and re did all the roof power for us.
