Peter Carmichael Builders LLC

I am native to New Zealand, where I did my college studies in Business and a three year course on National Certificate in Carpentry. Currently, I have 20 years experience with construction and development. For the last four years I have been back in central Oregon managing and building homes, including 6 remodel projects for HGTV's "Mom and Me. I spent 4 years before that working full time with All Access Staging and Production based out of Los Angeles as a Fabrication Manager of 40+ people where I built the sets for "American Idol, The Voice and 3 Super Bowl half time show sets. Proceeding that time I ran my own business of custom residential construction in the Bend and Central Oregon area. I also worked several years as a Project Manager for a local Bend company called PAC West. I am very experienced in building and remodeling Custom Homes from planning stages to turn key end user. I am trained in managing multiple projects while/including working hands on doing most of the work myself. I am very proficient in concrete form work, framing (including very difficult hand cut roofing), siding, finish carpentry, hard wood flooring and tile work. With my experience in working with big companies and high end custom jobs I am skillful in dealing with sub-contractors, home owners, and contract negotiations.
