This company provides an exceptional product. I have remodeled many kitchens and bathrooms over the last 25 years and can honestly say this company knows what they are doing. From the design to the tear down and rebuilding of a 25 year old bathroom their employees were top notch. The subcontractors always arrived when scheduled and provided excellent service and quality. In addition I was able to make modifications throughout without disruptions in the schedule. The entire project took approx. 3.5 months and came in under budget! Yes UNDER BUDGET! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a high end, quality result.

We used Phase II for a kitchen/family room remodel. We went from a very tired 80's era look to a beautifully updated design that still fits with the rest of the house. We loved everything about Phase II. They were incredibly creative and excellent problem solvers. We would use them again in heartbeat.

Phase II Construction is the most efficient and thorough company we have ever used. From the design phase thru the entire process they have shown excellent work. Tara, their designer, listened and designed the perfect kitchen, bathroom, and addition. I appreciate her experience and guidance in layout and quality products. Rick Hjelm, Ron Hjelm, and Bryan Pearson have managed the remodel beyond my expectations. They have fixed all the inadequate electrical, plumbing, heating and lighting to the most efficient and highest quality products. They ask our input and keep us involved and informed every step of the way. I honestly will miss having them show up every day when the remodel is over. They have taken the challenges of mold under the cabinets to my crazy ideas in stride and always make it work for the best. I never even dreamed of some of the remarkable features and lighting they are implementing. One of the most important things to me is integrity. I feel safe having them in my home. I honestly can not say enough to describe our experience and would never recommend anyone else.

Phase II did our extensive "whole house" remodel. We lived in the 22 month project during the entire time! That in itself could have been a nightmare. Not so, these professionals became dear friends. The quality of workmanship and the quality of character of Phase II was consistently exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants "the best"!

I have long admired the work of this company having seen it in Remodel home tours over the years. When I was ready to start my main floor remodel I went to them, however they were out of my price range. I was able to hire the designer on an hourly basis to help me with drawings, engineering needs, and everything needed to go to the city for permits. The company was fantastic to work with and I was pleased with the work done for me. I acted as my own general and subbed out most of the work myself. Even though I was unable to afford to use them for my project, they were instrumental in helping me achieve my beautifully remodeled space.

Phase II has completed 2 remodel projects for me with the highest of quality workmanship. They keep in budget and on time. They are currently working on a third project for me.

They remodeled our bathroom and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Everyone in the firm was easy to work with and were very professional. They kept us informed every step of the way and double checked every thing with us before proceeding. The job even came in under budget!
