PHS Construction & Interior Design

PHS did a significant renovation to our house in 2022. Throughout they did a great job and afterwards came back to do minor snags. Kiora and the whole team on site, as well as the subcontractors, were all great people and worked extremely hard to deliver and complete the renovation. Craig was always approachable and quick to respond. Many again to the PHS team

We had the best renovation experience with PHS. A great team of guys on site, always willing, eager and able to resolve any issue fairly. Great workmanship, they built a full cottage, as well as renovated our main en -suite extension. We have had absolutely no issues with any quality - everything was perfect, and if it wasn't, they made it so. They went the extra mile to accommodate and changes and make the project 100% successful. I would HIGHLY recommend them

We went this PHS because they’ve been around a long time but have been very disappointed by the management and attitude towards the clients.

Poor workmanship. Non-compliant electrical work done. Kitchen countertops not sealed at joins which allowed water ingress. New window frames and switch-covers over-painted. Surfaces not prepared before painting. Electrical hardware went missing. No acknowledgement apology for blatantly poor work. Called us nitpicking customers. Liquidated the company before the issues were resolved.

You were always cognisant of our needs/desires. It was a real pleasure working with PHS and their team. It is great when a companies owner is actively involved in the management and decision making of a project and you can sense that the team buy into the vision of each project. We used PHS to build on a granny flat to our home where our extended family now live and work from. PHS really thought through the implications of the build and helped us make good decisions in the design and final finishes. They were also very helpful in keeping the project within budget. The work was of a high quality and where issues post build occurred, PHS were committed to and did fix these issues. We plan to build again with PHS later this year and look forward to the experience.

I have used PHS Construction for two renovations and would highly recomend them to anyone doing alterations to an existing property. This kind of work can potentially be very stressful to all envolved, but I can assure you I will only use PHS Contruction for any future building work.
