Joel and his crew did an excellent job with my guest bathroom remodel. I interviewed several contractors who gave me the sales pitch but I went with my instinct and went with Pinedo Construction. Besides the quality of the renovation, it was important for the project to be completed on time and for the contractors to communicate effectively. Joel provided timely updates and was easy to work with. The project went smooth and was completed within the expected 4-5 week timeline. I love how luxurious my new bathroom looks and have received compliments from guests. I plan to use Pinedo Construction for another bathroom remodel in the near future and highly recommend them!

We couldn't be more pleased with Pinedo construction, Joel made our kitchen renovation a stress free project. We decided to modernized our kitchen and add an island to our existing layout, Joel helped us improve the design by listening to our needs and going over options with different price points so we felt comfortable staying within our budget. Great communication, punctuality, and professionalism. During the renovating Joel and Nick were very mindful of our family and never left a mess like other contractors we've used in the past. We are very happy with our new, more spacious kitchen and will definitely call Joel next time we need an honest estimate on our home improvements.

After an arduous couple of years trying to find a suitable contractor for an ADU project, we were lucky enough to come across Joel from Pinedo Construction. Immediately, we knew that Joel was our guy based on his trustworthy personality and most importantly, his pricing. All of the contractors that we had met with prior to Joel seemed to have outrageous prices that were far beyond our budget but Joel was very reasonable and broke down exactly where each penny would go. Our project began in the summer of 2021, which was just about the time everyone on planet earth was undergoing similar home renovation projects, thanks to the pandemic. Because of the immense demand for materials and long wait times from the city (permits, inspections, etc.), our project did take longer than originally anticipated, but to no fault of Joel’s. From day one, Joel and his brother Nick worked tirelessly to make our renovation come to life. They took care of all of the demo, framing, painting, tiling, flooring, and much more. Joel even went above and beyond to come with us to floor and tile stores on a couple occasions to help us pick out flooring and kitchen/bath tile. Something we really appreciate from him was the total creative control that he gave us. From the door knobs to the light fixtures and everything in between, he never once assumed that we wanted a particular kind of fixture or finish. Fast forward now to our completed project and everything looks fantastic! It’s hard to believe that Joel and Nick turned our old garage into a modern, one bedroom ADU. We have had so many friends and family come by to visit our place and the compliments are endless. Not to mention, our 3 year old absolutely loved having Joel and Nick at our house everyday. Not only were they hard workers on our ADU, but they were pleasant to be around and funny and kind to our toddler. Thank you, Joel and Nick!
