We hired PHD to completely gut and remodel our kitchen and pantry. They were very professional and helpful in every step of the process. Their bid was clear and concise and they did not request final payment until we were completely satisfied. We were living in the house during construction and they kept everything as tidy and contained as possible. The subcontractors and vendors they connected us with were top notch. We would highly recommend PHD and plan to use them again for future projects.

PHD has done three remodeling projects for us -- a total gut and rehab of our master-bath, a partial remodel of our kitchen, and a smaller remodeling project for our office. They were attentive and professional throughout, always left the workplace spotless, and did not finalize their billing til every detail was perfect. Keith and his team took our vision and turned it into a reality. This was our first remodel and it was a large one and we were somewhat apprehensive about the whole process. We felt comfortable with Phd at our first meeting and knew it would be a good working relationship and our apprehensions were gone. Phd touched each room in our home. They redesigned and updated the kitchen, master bath and family room fireplace. They installed new custom cabinetry, granite and quartz countertops, hardwood floors, carpet and a variety of tile in different areas. They changed out our lighting and installed new LED lights in every room, which by the way is amazing. They painted the walls and ceilings of every room with custom paint as well as some of the cabinetry. They hung many new light fixtures and our beautiful new barn door for our master closet. Phd listened to us and gave us their complete attention on every matter. They were conscious of our budget, while giving us construction and design ideas and always paid attention to the smallest of details as well as the large ones. The quality of workmanship is first rate and we are so happy with the finished product. Keith and his team are knowledgeable, professional, always concerned about doing the best job they can, mindful of the schedule, pleasing the client at all cost and doing it all with honesty and integrity. We have worked with Precision Home Development on two separate occasions, first to redo our fireplace and second to redo all the floors on our lower level (tile and wood) plus several smaller projects that included masonry and plumbing work/upgrades. In both instances the estimates for both price and time were spot on. Keith and his team are great, they are both professional and personable. The job site is left clean at the end of each day and the quality of work is excellent. We loved the results in both cases and plan to use PHD again for our next remodeling project.
