We are sorry to see your negative review of our business. As you are aware we installed the wood laminate flooring you provided in your condo per the manufacture specifications. When you expressed dissatisfaction regarding the squeaking of the flooring, we immediately contacted, and paid for, a third-party licensed state certified floor inspector to check out the issue. As they determined, the cause of the issue was because of the flooring product itself. We sat down with the third-party flooring inspector, and the represented from Cabinets Now, where you purchased the flooring product, to discuss the issue with the flooring. We were able to help you negotiate a refund for the purchase of the flooring material. With that said, after the third-party flooring inspector stated it was not an installation error, we could not justify paying out of pocket for labor a second time to have your flooring replaced; however, we did offer to install it at a discounted rate. Again, we are sorry to see you had to take your frustration out on our yelp page; however, we stand behind our work and feel we went above and beyond to help you with this issue. I am not sure there are many contractors out there that would have paid out of pocket to hire a third-party inspector, meet with the representative from Cabinets Now to help negotiate a refund on your behalf, and then offer to reinstall the product at a discounted price.
