My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Contractor "Michael Maleh" in Broward Florida, work in progress after 2 long years hopefully to be done soon. I cannot wait until this is finished.

Our house remodeling started in 2018 and took 1 year and 3 months instead of 6 months promised by this company owner. It was expensive project and the contractor wad paid on time and in full. This is what we got in return. The demolition crew ripped the main water supply to the house and refused to fix it since the contract provided for no liability for damages to the existing structures. Ad a result, we have no water in two bathrooms on the first floor. It will cost more money to fix this damage. There was no supervising at the site by a foreman. The subcontractors wouldn't show up when expected, the weeks passed by with no work being conducted. Not a single inspection was passed from the first try due to poor quality and mistakes. There are crooked corners and walls, holes in the drywall, the front door installed crooked and unsealed, square holes cut in a ceiling for a round smoke detector, etc., the list goes on. Michael Maleh's been a smooth and polite talker just up to the day when he got paid in full . after which he stopped returning the phone calles and messages. We are left with lots of damages and poor craftsmanship , more money to spend on the correction of this company's poor quality work.

Michael was a pleasure to work with on my project. He guided me through the process. He was quick to respond to my calls and texts. We had what I considered a very complex project. The workmanship was excellent. There were no shortcuts taken. I would certainly consider him for any future renovation project.

In all our years of contracting with various contractors, our experience with Quality Builders was one of the best. Our project cost was well over $200,000 and we never gave a deposit to start the work. Michael started the entire addition on a handshake. Never even received one change order. Honest, reliable and much of a perfectionist. Thank you.

Completed remodeling of our house in Weston with this company. Very Polite, professional, and prompt during both projects we hired them for. We had them design the kids den/theatre room which is now a favorite in the house :) Price at finish was pretty close to estimate we were given with very few incidental charges. I would definitely recommend Quality Builders and plan on utilizing their talented Contractors again. Thank you Quality Builders!

I had done remodeling, in my previous apt. in NY, and I have to say this remodeling was easier and better, quality builder use professional workers, my floors, my bathrooms and my kitchen look fantastic. Michael was on site often, to make sure the work is to my liking. I can recommend this company, and should I need, I will use them again. Danielle.
